Nominated by Christie: Teresa Palmer as Diana Bishop in A Discovery of Witches

Last week’s A Discovery of Witches is the episode where I really fell in love with Teresa Palmer as Diana Bishop. She’s always seemed natural in the role, but in the last episode she played some of her darker scenes with such strength, like she had steel in her veins. But she also had some very tender moments too, with the spirits of her parents. For a character playing a witch, imprisoned by a witch and a vampire and talking to ghosts, she was so strong and believable. And she only gets better from here.
