Woman of the Week

There was no contest for our latest edition of Women of the Week with the Nice Girls TV team unanimously agreeing on one talented woman to take out the honor. Read on to find out why THE GOOD PLACE‘s D’Arcy Carden got all our votes!

D’Arcy Carden, who we’ve highlighted before for being quirky and kick-ass, took it to another level this week. For a good portion of the episode, Carden mimicked her castmates as Janet had no other way for them to be in her Void without looking like her. First, there were five identical Janets before they could change into clothes that more matched each character, but from then out, Carden displayed skill in being like Manny Jacinto, William Jackson Harper, Kristen Bell and Jameela Jamil. Tahani-Janet was especially posh, while Jason-Jason especially crude.

I’m seconding Roz. This week’s The Good Place where D’Arcy Carden played every other character was inspired and done so amazingly.
