Woman of the Week

Is there any question about who this week’s Woman of the Week should be? The Nice Girls think that Jane the Virgin‘s Gina Rodriguez absolutely knocked it out of the ball park in the show’s season premiere. Not convinced? My pick is Gina Rodriguez from Jane the Virgin – that scene in the season premiere where Jane is spiralling in the kitchen and goes on a lengthy rant? I was thoroughly impressed! Did Rodriguez even take a breath during that 7 and a half minute monologue? Wow! Plus, Gina also directed this week’s episode, which means she was directing herself during that scene. Not an easy feat! Talk about multi-talented. She’s setting the bar high for the show’s final season and I can’t wait to see what else is to come!

Ange! You read my mind. Gina is my choice hands down. I just thinking wow, wow, wow as she kept going and going and going. She went through every emotion in that one scene, and I have to wonder how many takes they took with that scene.
