HART OF DIXIE: Act Naturally

By  |

Gossip: George is having issues with Tansy and Scooter, especially when Scooter arrives in Bluebell a changed man. Too bad George doesn’t give into it, nor does Tom. Turns out that they’re both wrong and that Scooter’s trying to turn over a new leaf for Tansy.

It’s Zoe’s birthday and that brings all sorts of complications: a surprise visit from her mother, and a scheme to keep her mom from meeting the Wilkes. Joel doesn’t like the idea, as usual, and it turns out that he shouldn’t. The end result is not pretty for anyone and ends with Zoe’s mom deciding to stay in Bluebell to stay closer to Zoe.

Annabeth gets roped into going a Bells meeting again and in the end is elected leader after all of Cricket’s failures. Too bad Annabeth says that she won’t be leader without Cricket at her side.

Relationship Drama: Levan and Annabeth are not not handling the breakup well – Levan going head-first into being as friendly as possible to Wade and Vivian as well as Joel and Zoe. Annabeth, on the other side, is forced back into the Belles, but does yell at Levan at Zoe’s party because she’s had enough of being polite and having a good and civil breakup.

George and Tansy’s date seems to be a good start, but by the end of the episode, things have faded and George is left alone.

Wade introduces Vivian to Earl, looking very put together, and it goes far better than it might have at Zoe’s party.
