Rizzoli & Isles

The first season finale airs Monday, September 13, and ends with a gut-wrenching cliffhanger. When an undercover drug operation goes wrong, the police station becomes the target of several mercenaries and eventually erupts into a hostage situation. Maura and Jane are trapped inside with no power and no weapons as the men search the station for something. In the ensuing bloodshed, two main characters are shot, their fates unknown as the credits roll.

Bones

In an episode set to air in October, Booth and Brennan investigate a death that leads them into the highly competitive world of ballet, Shakespeare-spouting statues, and street performers. On the personal front, Booth gets a little scare when Hannah undergoes a medical procedure.

Life Unexpected

Several new characters join the show this season, including potential love interests for Baze and Jamie. When Baze finds himself in need of a new line of work, he joins his father’s firm as an assistant to the lovely Emma. Just when he thinks they’re about to get together, however, she turns up with a boyfriend. Meanwhile, Jamie is attracted to the free-spirited Paige, but their fiery hook up ends in disaster.

In other developments, is Life Unexpected taking a page from Pretty Little Liars? New cutie Eric gets more than he bargained for when he flirts with both Tasha and Lux, neither of whom are as old as he assumes.
