Upper East Siders take a vacay

My not-so-guilty pleasure came back last night.

In a nod to my fascination with all things rich and dysfunction, I present a recap of the best that the Hamptons had to offer everyone’s favorite New Yorkers.

  • S has been moping. Looks like she’s returned to her status as the only girl in NYC who can’t be happy at home.
  • C has been working his way through the tourists that have come to Long Island from South America, and secretly missing B.
  • B couldn’t get C out of her head all summer long, which poor thing. Such a terrible way to spend your time. Being her, she plots her revenge against C by bringing a fake boyfriend back from France.
  • D has been womanizing his way through Manhattan, while not writing a story as part of his internship. Too busy trying (and failing) to get over S. Just what we needed.
  • J worked too hard at her internship, only to be rebuffed by her immediate boss. The Upper East Side is never kind.

    • Of course, there was plenty of other drama surrounding the White Party, but it wouldn’t be Gossip Girl without it.

    Roz lives in the Los Angeles area, and has been a long time California girl.
