STUPID

Roz: I appreciate Karen’s double cross (especially since it meant a great turn from Bellamy Young who has both that sweet and evil side), but the last beat with her and the female mercenary was too much.

WHISKEY CAVALIER – “The Czech List” – (ABC/Larry D. Horricks)
BELLAMY YOUNG, NANSI NSUE

Cay: Ray trying to win/buy his way back onto the team. It was played for laughs, but it just seemed too foolish.

Leah: Bellamy Young’s character was cute, then bad, then had a girlfriend and then seconds later thought maybe Will would just let her go. It was too much back and forth for one episode. Seeing Bellamy and Scott together again though on TV was nice.

Rueben: I enjoyed seeing Bellamy and Scott together, but I agree with Leah that all the back and forth was too much.

AWESOME

Roz: Minus Ray this team is amazing and I want to see all of them being competent together ever week. It’s not perfect so far, but it’s close and you can see that in a short time they understand each other. Also, thank you for some Haddaway!

Cay:I also like how the cast/team is coming together and I hope I’ll never grow tired of the squabbling between Will and Frankie. The first scene in the bed and breakfast was great. I was also so happy that they didn’t have them do anything really stupid thinking they were drowning, like kiss.

Leah:The team coming together to shun Ray was really great to watch. They aren’t letting it go and they are letting Ray know he is an ass. That was almost as good as Ray’s new haircut. So much better. I really love this show; the dialog, running around Prague, chemistry with the whole cast it all just works.

Rueben: I don’t like Ray (he is a buffoon), so it was great how Frankie threatened him in the end, and how they all weren’t welcoming to him. I also enjoyed the opening scene.

SO-SO

Roz: Ray has so so much work to do and he’s trying so hard in a way that’s annoying not endearing. Just do your job and maybe they’ll like you.

Cay:Some of the plot was predictable, but it’s hard to get too critical when I’m enjoying it nevertheless.

Leah: I’ll just second Roz’s thought because that is exactly what I was thinking.

Rueben: I felt like this episode was a little flat especially after having such a great time watching the pilot. I still see a lot of potential for the show, and I hope it keeps improving with future episodes.

YOUR THOUGHTS

Roz: This just makes me smile and I need that week after week.

Cay:Two eps in and this is still looking like my favorite network show of the year/season.

Leah: If this show can keep up the momentum it has had in the first two episodes we are in for a fun ride. I can’t wait to see the team do some more bonding!

Rueben: I LOVED the pilot and while I didn’t have that same feeling with the 2nd episode, I am sticking with this show because I like the cast. They have great chemistry and the dialogue is so witty. I hope that they phase Ray out of the show/off the team, though.
