STUPID

Lisa: Hmmm…nothing stupid sticks out for me this week. I’m not overly excited about this episode.

Cay: Seriously, we know Jane isn’t going to die and I’m done with the ZIP storyline.

Roz: What is the end result of this SIP storyline? Are we going to need a new tattooed person if Jane dies? No one’s told me that and so I just don’t care for this obstacle in her life.

Leah: Can anyone explain to me why we still care about the ZIP poisoning storyline? It has gone on way too long.

Rueben: Yeah, I agree with all of you. This zip poison storyline is just too old. Can we figure out a way to make Jane better and move on?!

AWESOME

Lisa: Rich dot com and Patterson reenacting the book scenes were so fun! They need a spin-off because they really make the show.

Cay: Lisa – YES! Love them! I liked this episode because it was a lot different than most. The book was funny, and the female serial killer was a nice twist.

Roz: Rich and Patterson are always a great combo – even in the book’s storyline.

Leah: See above answers! Anytime Rich Dot Com and Patterson are together is a good time for me. They’ve been holding down the show for me this year.

Rueben: I really enjoyed Patterson and Rich acting out the book chapters too. It was quite funny. It was like a poor man’s romantic mystery story.

SO SO

Lisa: This whole episode was “So So” to me honestly.

Roz: I don’t love the switch to a female serial killer, but that’s second to whatever is going on with Zapata.

Cay:I thought the Zapata story line was pretty anti-climatic after she got grabbed by the CIA in the last episode. Hopefully it will get more interesting again.

Leah:Same Cay! They better ramp the Zapata story up….a lot.

Rueben: Did anyone else get the feeling that the guy who “rescued” Zapata might actually be Del Toro???

YOUR THOUGHTS

Lisa: Seeing Jane’s body start to decline was tough to watch. I felt so bad for Kurt. Next weeks episode looks like a doozy. What can they do if Jane dies?

Cay: There’s no way they kill Jane, but we need resolution of this plot because it’s just dragging the show down now.

Roz: Am I the only one thinking we’re reaching some gross levels of emotional torture for Jane? She’s been through so much for what purpose?

Rueben: Yeah, I can’t imagine they are going to kill off their lead. That’s just so not going to happen so how are they going to “fix” this. And once they resolve this overly lingering storyline, what next? Is Madeline Burke going to be the only big bad that they have to deal with? Or how are they going to re-energize the show?

The next new episode of BLINDSPOT will air on Friday, February 8 at 8/7c on NBC.
