Zero: Number of nominations received by The Hunger Games, one of the highest-grossing franchises of all times.

19: Number of nominations for Meryl Streep, the most among actresses. (She’s won 3 Oscars.)

14: Black men and women who have won Oscars in the Academy Awards’ 88-year history.

3: Black women who have been nominated for Best Actress in Leading Role since Halle Berry won for 2001’s Monster’s Ball.

14: The most nominations for a single film (Titanic and All About Eve).

$3,500: Average cost of prep for a Hollywood actress’ walk on the red carpet.

$680: Estimated current value of the 24-karat plated Oscar statuette.

$30K: Cost of the 16,500 square-foot Oscars red carpet.

$220K: The value of the 2016 Oscar Swag Bag, a 30% increase from 2015. A complete list of the all the swag isn’t available, but according to CNBC.com, so far it includes Nuelle Fiera “Arouser for Her,” worth $250; a complimentary three-day stay at the Golden Door resort and spa in San Marcos, California, worth $4,800; VIP all-access trip to Israel, worth $55,000, and more.
