MANHATTAN: Fatherland Post Mortem

Tonight’s episode of WGN America’s Manhattan did more than a few things to complicate what is known about Frank Winter and his backstory.

So I think the question to best ask after is: did “Fatherland”‘s twists and turns make you think that we all should still root for Frank? If not, where are you alliances leading: Charlie, Helen, anyone else on the implosion team?

In what might be a modified bottle episode (if we’d only stayed with Frank and the man in the barracks, it’d have been perfectly enclosed), we also learned that Charlie’s not hiding what his work is from Abbie and Helen, Fritz, Crosby and Meeks all try to help determine where a German base like theirs might exist.
