“Idiots Are People Three!” – Tracy Jordan challenges Liz by leading his own protest in defense of idiots everywhere. Jack faces off with Devin Banks (yet again, but still finds time to interfere with Liz’s relationship by giving Criss (James Marsden) an ultimatum.

Parks & Recreation – NBC 8:30/7:30c
“Bowling for Votes” – Leslie and Ben decide to hold a casual bowling party after hearing feedback from a focus group. April, Chris, Donna, and Jerry have a contest to see who can raise the most money for Leslie’s campaign by cold calling.

The Vampire Diaries – the CW 8/7c
“Bringing Out the Dead” – Sheriff Forbes delivers some disturbing news to Alaric and Elena about the weapon used in a recent murder. In the Salvatore brothers’ escalating quest to kill Klaus, Stefan turns to Bonnie and Abby (guest star Persia White), while Damon reaches out to an old acquaintance for help in setting up an elaborate plan. Intent on a plan of his own, Klaus hosts a strange dinner party, where he reveals another story from his family’s violent past until an unexpected guest brings the party to an end. Meanwhile, Caroline is heartbroken when she is unable to stop a tragedy from unfolding.

The Finder – FOX 9/8c
“A Cinderella Story” – A NASA scientist seeks Walter’s help to find the matching pair of a red stiletto left behind by a woman he met at a bar. Walter uses the stiletto as the first clue to finding the missing woman but in the process he uncovers her shocking secret that winds up putting his own life in danger. Meanwhile, Willa exposes Leo’s dark family secret, but when she tries to make amends with him, she gets herself into even more legal trouble.

30 Rock – NBC 9/8c
“The Ballad of Kenneth Parcell” – Liz uses Jack’s own playbook to handle her contract negotiations, while Kenneth takes a new page assignment after feeling slighted by his TGS coworkers. Tracy and Jenna are hired as entertainment for their accountants sons bar mitzvah.

The Secret Circle – the CW 9/8c
“Medallion” – Cassie enlists the Circle’s help when she receives a frightening warning about the witch hunters’ return. At the same time, her true feelings for Adam and Jake surface during a birthday party that Ethan decides to throw with the help of Diana. Meanwhile, Faye and Melissa take their inner power to a chilling new level when they try a little of Lee’s (guest star Grey Damon) “Devil’s Spirit.”
