Women Behind the Scenes of TV (Infographic)

Ms. Magazine published an infographic about the roles women played behind the scenes of TV shows in the 2010-2011 season, created by Martha Lauzen from the Center for the Study of Women in Television & Film. The inequality in higher level positions is staggering, but probably not that far off from how those statistics look in any industry. Our series on women behind the scenes is meant to spotlight these women and their accomplishments to both show what women are doing and encourage other women to pursue their dream of working in television.
