Good (Bad) Luck from Pretty Little Liars’ ‘A’

I swear, I was just sitting in my living room, minding my own business, causing trouble on Facebook, when suddenly my 11-year old bursts through my front door with a big box in his hands. “Mom, ‘A’ is at it again,” he giggles. Sure enough, I rip open the box and found this:

Sticking up from the dirt among the clovers was a piece of paper with a shamrock on it. In the shamrock, in teeny, tiny letters was this link: abcfamily.com/luckylittleliars.

What does this mean?
