NBC Cancels Undercovers

After ordering two additional scripts just a couple of weeks ago, NBC has pulled the plug on Undercovers. Three more episodes will air over the next few weeks, but the other three episodes already filmed may or may not see the light of day on NBC.

The spy-drama-romance-action series started off with a so-so pilot, a surprise coming from executive producer J.J. Abrams who has a knack for jaw-dropping openings. Still, the concept had a lot of potential and appealing lead actors, so I hoped it would pick up steam. Unfortunately, it did not.
