Friday Spoilers: Bones, The Vampire Diaries, Psych
My apologies for the lack of spoilers the past couple of weeks. Between NYCC and a home renovation project that dragged on for weeks, my brain has not been in a spoiler kind of mood. To make amends, how about a super-sized dose of spoilers this week?
Bones
That creepy Gravedigger is coming back in episode 10, and you won’t believe what she does this time. Jaws will be on the floor, people. We’ll also be meeting a mysterious sniper woon, which is already being talked about among Bones fans, but here’s some fresh scoop: Jake Broadsky has been off the grid for years, but his arrogance causes him to make a mistake that Booth uses to his advantage to track him down. He’ll be around for at least three episodes.
In another upcoming episode, as the team investigates a gruesome death-by-arson, Brennan tries to be more relatable at the scene with mixed results. She’s more successful when faced with a room full of juvenile delinquents. In relationship news, Hannah gives Booth a touching gift and Sweets & Daisy are back on.
The Vampire Diaries
New kid in town Luka, an African-American teenager, catches Bonnie’s eye when Alaric introduces him around at school. Cute he may be, but when Luka reveals some knowledge of Bonnie’s family lineage, she and Jeremy are both concerned that her secret is in danger of exposure. We’ll also meet Luka’s father, Joanes, a professor at the university who seems to have a good relationship with his son.
Psych
Psych returns with new episodes on November 10; are you ready for some tasty scoop? When Shawn witnesses a murder in a carnival haunted house, no one believes him, not even Gus who was there. Eventually (of course), the murder is discovered and the investigation leads to another surprising revelation: Ken, the former Psych office assistant, is employed at the carnival. Imagine his delight when his former “employers” enlist his aid in solving their latest case.
