They Deserve Their Own Show (Part 67)

Here is the next installment of actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show:

Cristine Rose

Cristine Rose – Cristine has a long resume, starting out with roles in Kate & Allie, Spenser: For Hire, Matlock, My Sister Sam, Moonlighting, St. Elsewhere, Murder She Wrote and Newhart. She also appeared in the TV version of Ferris Bueller and episodes of Growing Pains, Night Court, LA Law and Empty Nest. She appeared in numerous episodes of Picket Fences, Grace Under Fire and Ellen as well as episodes of Party of Five, Ally McBeal, ER, Prey, Charmed and Providence. At the turn of the century, she appeared in Six Feet Under, The Practice, Gilmore Girls, 7th Heaven, NCIS, CSI, Big Love, Crossing Jordan and Boston Legal. She is best known for her role of Angela Petrelli in Heroes, however.

Kiele Sanchez

Kiele Sanchez – Kiele is currently in the new A&E series The Glades, but got her start in the short-lived shows That Was Then and Married to the Kellys. This was followed up by a starring role in the short-lived WB series Related and a recurring role in one season of Lost. She had a role in the box office movies Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium and A Perfect Getaway. Her current project is 30 Days of Night: Dark Days with Mia Kirshner and Harold Perrineau.

Angela Sarafyan

Angela Sarafyan – Angela’s first roles in TV included appearances in Judging Amy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Shield and The Division. She then had guest roles in 24, CSI: NY, Lincoln Heights, Cold Case, Wanted, In Plain Sight and Eastwick. She has four upcoming projects, including Speed Demons, American Animal, A Good Old Fashioned Orgy and Foolishly Seeking True Love. She will also have a role in The Good Guys this fall.

Richard Speight, Jr.

Richard Speight, Jr. – Best known for his role as the Trickster in Supernatural, Richard guest starred in episodes of China Beach, Matlock, ER, Party of Five, JAG and Alias. He also appeared in the made-for-TV mini-series Elvis and Band of Brothers. He had a recurring role in The Agency and guest starred in episodes of CSI: Miami, Yes Dear and Life. More recently he had a recurring role in Jericho and an episode of Memphis Beat. He has one upcoming project called Crave.

Michael Terry

Michael Terry – Best known for his recurring role as intern Wendell Bray on Bones, Michael has also appeared in episodes of Cold Case, Veronica Mars, E-Ring, CSI: NY and Without a Trace. He also had a role in the box office movie Post Grad.

Steve Valentine

Steve Valentine – Steve was part of the cast in the popular series Crossing Jordan, but some of his earliest work included appearances in Married with Children, the original Melrose Place, Promised Land, JAG, Will & Grace, Dharma & Greg, Charmed and Boston Legal. Since Crossing Jordan, he has guest starred in episodes of House, Chuck, Monk, Drop Dead Diva and The Good Guys. He can currently be seen in the Disney series I’m in the Band and he will be seen in the made-for-TV movie Avalon High.
