They Deserve Their Own Show (Part 65)

Here is the next installment of actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show:

April Matson

April Matson – April got her start on TV in the short-lived comedy Quintuplets then appeared as a regular on the popular ABC Family Channel series Kyle XY. She also guest starred in an episode of NCIS. She has two upcoming projects Vile and The Latin & the Gringo.

Marisol Nichols

Marisol Nichols – Marisol has recently appeared in the summer series The Gates, but she started out in episodes of Due South, ER and Beverly Hills, 90210. She then appeared in the made-for-TV movies The Princess & the Marine and The Princess & the Barrio Boy. She followed those up with guest roles in Alias, The Division, Friends, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Nip/Tuck and Charmed. She appeared in numerous episodes of Cold Case and 24 as well as starring in the short-lived shows Blind Justice and In Justice. She also guest starred in Life and the made-for-TV movie The Storm.

April Parker-Jones

April Parker-Jones – Best known for her role in Jericho, April guest starred in episodes of CSI: Miami, ER, Lost and The Unit. She also made several appearances in The Young and The Restless. More recently she appeared in episodes of Lie To Me, NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles as well as several episodes of 90210.

Louis Lombardi

Louis Lombardi – Louis got his start in small roles in the movies Ed Wood, Natural Born Killers and The Usual Suspects. He then appeared in the short-lived shows EZ Streets and Fantasy Island. He guest starred in numerous episodes of The Sopranos and then appeared in CSI and NYPD Blue, before appearing in his most notable role in 24. He had roles in the box office movies Spider-Man 2 and The Spirit. More recently he was seen in episodes of Las Vegas, Ugly Betty, CSI: NY, Entourage, Monk, Chuck and In Plain Sight.

Chris Olivero

Chris Olivero – Chris is best known for his role in the ABC Family Channel series Kyle XY, but before that he appeared in episodes of Ghost Whisperer, 24, CSI: Miami, NCIS, Once and Again and several episodes of Boston Public.

Ed Quinn

 Ed Quinn – Some of Ed’s earliest work was in episodes of V.I.P. and Dharma & Greg before starring in numerous episodes of Young Americans and Jack & Jill. He then guest starred in JAG, Crossing Jordan, What I Like About You and CSI: NY before landing on the series Eureka. Most recently he guest starred in several episodes of True Blood. His upcoming projects include Blood Out, The Caller, Behemoth, Audrey and The Rainbow Tribe.
