They Deserve Their Own Show (Part 64)

Here is the next installment of actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show:

Alexandra Lydon

Alexandra Lydon – Alexandra’s first TV appearance was in an episode of Ed and then she appeared in 24, Without a Trace, Desperate Housewives and Prison Break. More recently she appeared in episodes of NCIS, Cold Case, Eli Stone, House, Private Practice and In Plain Sight.

Justina Machado

Justina Machado – Some of Justina’s earliest TV work included appearances in NYPD Blue, Second Noah, Touched By An Angel, Promised Land and Angel. She had recurring roles in 1-800-Missing and Six Feet Under. More recently she guest starred in Grey’s Anatomy, Cold Case, Ugly Betty and Burn Notice; as well as in numerous episodes of ER and as a regular in the short lived series Three Rivers. She also appeared in the box office Dragonfly and the TV movie Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America. She has one project in the works called A Thousand Words.

Jacqueline McKenzie

Jacqueline McKenzie – Best known for her role in the series The 4400, she did appear in the box office movies Deep Blue Sea and Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. She was a regular in the short lived series Mental and appeared in episodes of Without a Trace and NCIS: Los Angeles.

Ravi Kapoor

Ravi Kapoor – Best known for his role in Crossing Jordan, Ravi has also appeared in the short lived show Gideon’s Crossing as well as episodes of 24, Fringe, Numb3rs and My Name is Earl. More recently he has appeared in episodes of Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, FlashForward and HawhoRNe.

David H. Lawrence

David H. Lawrence – David is most recognizable for his recurring role in Heroes and several guest appearances in Lost.  He also appeared in episodes of Raising the Bar, CSI and The Unit. He has one upcoming project called Pizza Man.

Henry Lennix

Harry Lennix – Most recently seen in the FOX drama Dollhouse, Harry has a long resume of TV appearances in episodes of 24, Commander in Chief, House, The Practice, JAG, Judging Amy, Ally McBeal, ER and Murder One. He has appeared in the box office movies State of Play, Stomp the YardRaySuspect Zero and Collateral Damage.
