They Deserve Their Own Show (Part 25)

Here is the next installment of actors and actresses who are under-appreciated, deserving of more attention or perhaps even their own show:

Constance Zimmer

Constance Zimmer

Constance Zimmer – Constance has a really long resume which includes one-time appearances in shows like Ellen, Beverly Hills 90210, The X-Files, Felicity, and Chicago Hope.  She also appeared in several episodes of Providence and the short-lived series Hyperion Bay. She is probably more recognizable for her roles in Good Morning, Miami, Joan of Arcadia, Boston Legal and Entourage. She will soon be seen alongside Sean Astin and Michael Vartan in the movie Demoted. She has also made appearances in the revamped Cupid, appeared in one of the final episodes of Pushing Daisies and was in The New Adventures of Old Christine.

Christina Adams

Christina Adams

Christina Adams is probably best known to fans of Pushing Daisies as Simone – the sometime girlfriend of Emerson Cod (played by Chi McBride). But she has appeared in episodes of Stargate: SG-1, Doctor Who, Hustle, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Journeyman and Lie to Me.   She was in the made-for-TV movie To Love and Die with Shiri Appleby (of Roswell fame) and her movie credits include Batman Begins and Beneath the Blue.  Most recently she appeared in one episode of Heroes.

Jessica Collins

Jessica Collins – Some of Jessica’s earlier work includes guest appearances in Lois & Clark, Diagnosis Murder, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Dawson’s Creek. She had recurring roles in American Dreams, Tru Calling and Big Shots. Her movie roles include Dirty Love, Catch Me If You Can and Beautiful. Most recently she has been seen in Gary Unmarried and Nip/Tuck.  She will be seen in the movie thriller Open House, which stars Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer (both of True Blood fame) and Tricia Helfer (from Battlestar Galactica).

Kevin Zegers

Kevin Zegers

Kevin Zegers – Probably best known for his role in the Air Bud movies, Kevin has appeared in Smallville and House and has appeared in the made-for-TV movies Rose Hill and Felicity: An American Girl Adventure.  He had a recurring role in the Canadian series Traders and appeared in the short-lived series Titans.  His box-office movies include The Jane Austen Club, Wrong Turn, Dawn of the Dead and Zoom.  He will be seen in the movies The Perfect Age of Rock N Roll with Lauren Holly and Peter Fonda, The Story of Bonnie and Clyde as Clyde Barrows alongside Hilary Duff and Frozen with Shawn Ashmore.

Jonathan Adams

Jonathan Adams

Jonathan Adams – He first got noticed in the short-lived series The American Embassy and then moved on to the critically-acclaimed series American Dreams before appearing in the first season of Bones. Since then he has appeared in shows like The Unit, The Closer, NCIS, Cane, Boston Legal, Medium, Numb3rs and 24. He had a recurring role in the short-lived series Women’s Murder Club.   He also appeared in the unaired pilot of the new series The Deep End and was recently seen in episodes of The Cleaner, NCIS: Los Angeles and The Philanthropist.

Jeremy Davidson

Jeremy Davidson

Jeremy Davidson – After making guest appearances in Ally McBeal and NYPD Blue, he landed a recurring role in Roswell. He then guest starred in episodes of JAG, The Practice, Without A Trace, Cold Case and Boston Legal. He made several appearances in Law & Order and The Kill Point.  He currently has a recurring role on the Lifetime series Army Wives. His movie work includes Windtalkers.
