In a recent interview with Sci Fi Wire, Shirley Manson, who plays Catherine Weaver on T: TSCC, talks about some significant changes in her character on the show. “I got to get out of my office, and I got to do a scene without Richard T. Jones, which is unusual, and we laughed about it,” Weaver said in an exclusive interview. “I just felt like I got more to do, and of course that’s exciting for me.”

Shirley hasn’t filmed anything yet with any other cast members except Richard T. Jones, who plays Agent Ellison.“I got to get out of my office, and I got to do a scene without Richard T. Jones, which is unusual, and we laughed about it.”

Manson talks about some extreme changes in the plot as the season plays out the remaining episodes. “The arc of the character is not what I expected. Let’s put it that way. Certainly the second half of the season, there’s more for me to do. My character takes some unusual turns, and it’s exciting. I really feel really lucky that I’ve got an amazing role. I can’t believe it.”
