NGTV Guide: Tuesday, November 18
We’re talking crime fighters on this week’s NGTV Radio show (Thursday at 12PM Central) so we’ll be making sure we watch The Mentalist tonight, but there’s a lot of goodness to choose from! Here’s what the Nice Girls are tuning into tonight:
90210 – the CW 8/7c
“That Which We Destroy” – Still in shock from the surprise arrival of their half-brother, Sean (guest star Josh Henderson, “Desperate Housewives”), Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) put their arguing aside long enough to process the news. Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) also deal with Sean’s arrival by welcoming him into their home. Kelly (guest star Jennie Garth) offers Naomi and Annie advice about not letting Ethan (Dustin Milligan) get in the way of their friendship, while the gap between Brenda (guest star Shannen Doherty) Kelly widens. Naomi broadens her friendship base and begins hanging out with a new group of girls but is confronted by Annie in a lunch-room showdown. Silver (Jessica Stroup) is threatened by Christina (guest star Lauren London, “Entourage”), a cheerleader for the lacrosse team, when she shows too much interest in Dixon (Tristan Wilds). Meanwhile, Dixon is dealing with the arrival of Sean and how it will potentially affect his family.
Privileged – the CW 9/8c
“All About Overcompensating” – Megan (JoAnna Garcia) has a great date with Will (Brian Hallisay) but breaks off their relationship when she can’t deal with the fact that he is also dating several other women. Will wins her back by promising to date her exclusively, but when he gets a job offer that will take him out of the country for several months, Megan is unsure what to do. Laurel (Anne Archer) asks Megan to uncover information about Miles, the man with whom Laurel had a secret affair years ago. When Rose (Lucy Kate Hale) gets a “D” on her English exam, she decides to cheat on her upcoming History test. Sage (Ashley Newbrough) tries to talk Rose out of cheating, but ends up coming up with a plan to make sure Rose won’t get caught. Megan discovers what the girls are doing and races to the school to try to stop Rose before it’s too late.
Fringe – FOX 9/8c
“The Equation” – After a young music prodigy (guest star Charlie Tahan) is taken by a serial kidnapper (guest star Gillian Jacobs), it’s discovered that a sequence of flashing lights appeared at the abduction, which Walter links back to his bunkmate (guest star Randall Duk Kim) at St. Claire’s Hospital. Much to Peter’s dismay, Olivia encourages Walter to return to the mental institution, and Walter’s determination to help ends up having chilling ramifications. (photos)
The Mentalist – CBS 9/8c
“Seeing Red” – Intent on proving a so-called psychic is a fraud – as well as a killer – Patrick arranges a séance to expose the murderer.
