NGTV Guide: Thursday, October 30

Tina Fey returns to primetime! Not as Sarah Palin! That’s right, the season premiere of 30 Rock is finally here. Even if you already watched it online five times, you should check it out again tonight on NBC. Plus, the Karate Kid Ralph Macchio guest stars on Ugly Betty!

Ugly Betty – ABC 8/7c
“Ugly Berry” – Betty finds herself competing with Kimmie (guest star Lindsay Lohan) who finally shows her true colors, and new citizen Ignacio prepares to vote for the first time. Meanwhile Hilda takes advantage of the increased election traffic to promote her shop, and Wilhelmina wants to hire a new financial officer (guest star Grant Bowler) whom Daniel can’t stand. Supermodel Adriana Lima appears as herself as a Mode cover girl, and Ralph Macchio guest stars as a new customer at Hilda’s shop.

Kath & Kim – NBC 8:30/7:30c
“Money” – Kath (Molly Shannon) is well into planning her wedding to Phil (John Michael Higgins) and kicks it into overdrive when she finds the perfect wedding dress. Even though Phil would rather have a small intimate affair, Kath decides to design a lavish wedding around her fairy tale dress. Unfortunately Kath’s new ideas are more expensive than she expected and she must find a way to pay for the wedding of her dreams. Meanwhile, when Kim (Selma Blair) finds out breeding Craig’s (Mikey Day) dog Ginger could lead to some major cash, she is finally interested in getting back with her estranged husband. 30 Rock – NBC 9:30/8:30c
“Do-Over” – Believing that Liz’s (Tina Fey) work schedule may be too hectic for her to adopt a child, adoption agent Bev (Megan Mullally) decides to make a visit to set. Liz begs her co-workers to try to act “normal” for a chance, but chaos ensues amid an escalating feud between Jenna (Jane Krakowski) and Tracy (Tracy Morgan). Meanwhile, Jack (Baldwin) is back at 30 Rock to reclaim his position from Devin Banks (Will Arnett), but quickly learns the task won’t be easy when he is given a sizeable demotion. Jack vows to do whatever it takes, even if it means sacrificing his self-respect, to make it back to the top.

Supernatural – the CW 9/8c
“It’s the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester” – It’s a few days before Halloween and Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate two mysterious deaths in a small town. The brothers find hex bags and deduce a witch is sacrificing people to summon a dangerous demon named Samhain. Castiel (guest star Misha Collins) arrives in town and tells Sam and Dean the freeing of Samhain is one of the Seals that will lead to freeing Lucifer, so Castiel has brought a specialist angel named Uriel (guest star Robert Wisdom) to smite the entire town.
