Welcome to another week of great TV! Here’s what the Nice Girls are watching tonight:
Gossip Girl – the CW 8/7c
After Blair and Serenaget into a catfight, Serena decides to get even with Blair, who has always dreamed of attending Yale, by ditching her plans to visit Brown, and instead accepting the Dean of Yale’s personal invitation to visit the school. After discovering that none of his recommendation letters for Yale were ever submitted, Dan frantically tries to figure out a way to salvage his chances of getting into the school. While on the Yale campus, Chuck) is kidnapped by a group of Skull and Bones members and Nate hooks up with a co-ed.
Chuck – NBC 8/7c
Former New York Giants star Michael Strahan guest-stars as the intimidating bully Mitt, who locks horns with Morgan. Meanwhile, Chuck’s nemesis – and Sarah’s former partner & lover – returns. Good times.
Heroes – NBC 9/8c
Armed with H.R.G.’s old files and a taser, Claire attempts to take down her first target — Stephen Canfield, a Level 5 escapee with the ability to create black holes — unaware that others are closing in. Meanwhile, in horror, Peter flees from all the death and destruction in the future, only to grimly discover how deeply the experience has changed him. Frustrated that Adam Monroe didn’t get them closer to “the formula,” Hiro takes a stab at becoming friends with Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) and new associate Knox (guest star Jaime Hector), much to Ando’s dismay. Later, Suresh’s urge to correct research errors puts Maya, among others, in a sticky situation. Linderman advises Nathan to stick by Tracy, seeing that they could accomplish great things together. In Africa, Matt sees his vision of “happily ever after” destroyed.
Samantha Who? – ABC 9:30/8:30c
Samantha’s back! On the season premiere episode, “So I Think I Can Dance,” Samantha teams up with her mother for a dance competition in order to beat Regina’s nemesis, Paula Drake. The only problem is that “old” Sam could dance, whereas “new” Sam is gliding on two left feet. Meanwhile, Samantha wants to start enjoying her new, independent life alone in her apartment, but Todd is having trouble finding an apartment of his own. “Dancing with the Stars'” Mark Ballas guest stars as Paula’s dance partner.
My Own Worst Enemy – NBC 10/9c
It’s the premiere of Christian Slater…um, NBC’s latest series. Henry (Christian Slater) is a middle-class efficiency expert living a humdrum life in the suburbs with his wife, Angie (Madchen Amick), their two kids, a dog, and a minivan. Edward (Christian Slater) is an operative who speaks 13 languages, runs a four-minute mile and is trained to kill. The two men only have one thing in common – the same body. When Henry discovers Edward, his life is turned upside down and he is forced to question everything and everyone he trusts. Mike O’Malley, Saffron Burrows, Alfre Woodard, Bella Thorne and Taylor Lautner also star.
