It’s Monday and that can mean only one thing – better start our butt exercises now because we’re going to be parked in front of the TV for hours tonight!

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles – Fox 8/7c
What would a T-1001 need with a Doctor? Sarah, John and Cameron may soon find out as they track down another name on their list. Elsewhere, a woman from Derek’s past surprises him in the present.

Gossip Girl – the CW 8/7c
Vanessa uses the scandalous picture of Catherine and Marcus to blackmail Blair into being a nicer person, so Blair seeks revenge by enticing Chuck to seduce Vanessa. Lily and Bart throw an extravagant housewarming party and expect their children to make them proud in front of the attending press, but a rebellious Serena isn’t ready to play by their rules. Meanwhile, Dan and Jenny discover a big secret that Nate has been keeping from his friends.

Chuck – NBC 8/7c
“Chuck vs. the Cougars” – Girlfight! Nicole Richie guest stars as Sarah’s high school nemesis. When Sarah, Chuck and Casey have to attend Sarah’s high school reunion under cover – sort of – for a mission, Chuck finds out more about Sarah than he expected. Including her real name!

Heroes – NBC 9/8c
“Dying of the Light” – Impressed by his sudden ruthlessness, Villains Knox (guest star Jamie Hector) and Daphne (guest star Brea Grant) bring Hiro – among others – into the Pinehearst fold, and give him an assignment. With Angela and the Company paralyzed by recent events, Peter goes directly to Pinehearst for answers, and irrevocably changed by the shocking meeting. Meanwhile, Claire and her mother Sandra attempt to free Meredith from the thrall of escaped Villain Doyle, who has the ability to take mental and physical control of others. Later, Nathan brings Tracy to Suresh, hoping he can shed light on the surprising origin of their abilities.

Samantha Who? – ABC 9:30/8:30c
“Out of Africa” – In an attempt to find new direction in her life, Samantha suddenly decides to go to Africa and volunteer to help those in need. Her friends and family are convinced that she’ll chicken out – which she does after discovering the countless vaccinations and obstacles that she would face to make the journey. So to keep up the facade of being out of the country, Sam ends up hiding out with Andrea and Dena.

My Own Worst Enemy – NBC 10/9c
“The Hummingbird” – Edward and Raymond are tasked to kidnap a German Software Engineer who holds critical information on an upcoming terrorist attack. Meanwhile, Henry grapples with the revelation that his childhood memories are fabrications. He complicates the situation when he seeks outside help from an old college friend. Elsewhere, Mavis and Henry must keep their secret from Alistair Trumbull (guest star James Cromwell, “Six Feet Under “), Edward’s boss.

That’s a lot of TV in one night! Are you watching what we’re watching? What did you think of tonight’s TV?
