The following list provides the dates of the dramas that will debut, return or end on the major and cable networks as well as the streaming services AND the made-for-TV movies and so much more that will air all throughout September:

September 1 – The CW series Family Law will air two episodes tonight at 8 and 9 PM with the final hour being its season finale

September 1 – The second season of The Wheel of Time will premiere online on Amazon today

September 1 – The second season premiere of Power Book IV: Force will air at 8 PM on Starz followed by the season finale of Men in Kilts at 9:30 PM

September 2 – The Great American Family movie Learning to Love will air at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Harry (Philip Boyd from The Haves and The Have Nots) and his two daughters lose faith after his wife and daughters’ mom passes. The family hires a nanny and are pleasantly surprised by Steph (Ina Barrón from Grey’s Anatomy and Royal Pains) who brings never-ending warmth, positivity, and faith into the home.

September 2 – The new movie Love in the Great Smoky Mountains: A National Park Romance will debut at 8 PM on the Hallmark Channel

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Former sweethearts (Arielle Kebbel from Midnight Texas and 9-1-1and Zach Roerig from The Vampire Diaries) reunite at an archeological dig in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. As they work together competing for the same research grant, they discover they might still have feelings for one another.

September 3 – The season finale of Special Ops: Lioness will air online today on Paramount+

September 3 – The second season premiere of Professor T will air on PBS at 8 PM followed by the 5th season premiere of Unforgotten at 9 PM and then the third season premiere of Van der Valk at 10 PM

September 3 – The new western film Far Haven will debut on the Cowboy Way Channel will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: In 1887 in Far Haven, Arizona, wrongfully accused Hunter Braddock (Bailey Chase) has just served two years in Yuma Territorial Prison and attempts to start over with his two young children. But when his father-in-law (Bruce Boxleitner) is brutally attacked by an unidentified raiding party, Braddock must take on the corrupt forces strangling the town to protect what he loves most. The movie also stars A Martinez, Martin Kove, Amanda Righetti and Nancy Stafford.

September 3 – The finale of Dark Winds will air on AMC at 9 PM

September 6 – The 5 new shorts of I Am Groot will debut online on Disney+ today

Special Synopsis: The troublemaking twig returns to mischief in the second season. He finds himself exploring the universe and beyond aboard the Guardians’ spaceships, coming face-to-face – or nose-to-nose – with new and colorful creatures and environments.

September 7 – The new series The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon will debut online on AMC+ today

Show Synopsis: Daryl (Norman Reedus) washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan.

NOTE: The show will also debut on cable TV on AMC on September 10 at 9 PM.

September 7 – The first 10 episodes of the 5th season of Virgin River will premiere online on Netflix

September 8 – The Amazon movie Sitting in Bars with Cake will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: This romantic movie brings the much-loved blog and subsequent book by Audrey Shulman to life, telling the story of a shy single woman who struggles to meet men and turns to baking for help. The movie stars Yara Shahidi, Odessa A’zion, Maia Mitchell, Ron Livingston, Aaron Dominguez and the one and only Bette Midler.

September 8 – The new movie How to Date Billy Walsh will also debut online on Amazon today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Teenagers Amelia (Charithra Chandran) and Archie (Sebastian Croft) have been best friends since childhood. Archie has always been there to fight Amelia’s battles, laugh at her jokes, whilst constantly striving for her love and affection. Archie has been in love with his best friend for as long as he can remember. Just when he builds up the courage to declare his feelings, Amelia falls head over heels for Billy Walsh (Tanner Buchanan), the new American transfer student. Heartbroken Archie goes to great lengths to try and keep Amelia and Billy away from each other, but ends up pushing them closer together and risks losing his best friend at the same time.

September 8 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Guiding Emily will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Emily’s (Sarah Drew) life veers off course when she becomes permanently blind after an unfortunate rock-climbing accident and struggles to cope with her new reality. Meanwhile, a potential guide dog named Garth (voiced by Eric McCormack) is also struggling with his rigorous training. With the help of Emily’s friend Matthew (Antonio Cupo) and Garth’s trainer Katie (Sharon Taylor), both make headway in their important transitions. Through a series of missed encounters, both overcome their obstacles and Garth ends up being paired with Emily. With Garth by her side Emily takes on her biggest challenge yet, opening her heart.

September 9 – The Great American Family movie Love Can Surprise You will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Carina (Camilla Belle) writes a popular love and romance relationship column and is known as an expert in her field. When her boyfriend breaks up on the night Carina thought he might propose, she begins to question if she really knows anything about love. Enter new writing partner Liam Snyder (David Lafontaine) who ends up helping Carina to rewrite her own love story.

September 9 – The movie Fourth Down and Love will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Sparks are reignited when a single mother (Pascale Hutton) and a pro football player (Ryan Paevey) coincidentally meet again on her daughter’s flag football field after his career is interrupted by a sports injury.

September 12 – The new drama The Swarm will debut on The CW at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: Based on the best-selling novel by Frank Schatzing, the story goes around the world, focusing on strange happenings, borne out of the oceans: Whales destroy boats, deep sea crabs attack beaches, mussels block container ships. An unknown ice worm destabilizes continental slopes and triggers tsunamis. A deadly pathogen spreads into the drinking water. Across the globe, lives are increasingly imperiled, the situation worsening by the day – and yet, nobody can draw a connection between the seemingly random attacks. Except for a group of scientists who come together through their shared sense that something bigger is at play: an intelligent life force, dwelling in the deep – capable of manipulating the ocean, and everything that resides in it. A being which has borne witness to our destruction of the seas and has decided to drive us to extinction. But hardly anyone believes their findings. And so, the group are forced to undertake a life-threatening mission, tracking the intelligent life force within the Arctic Ocean.

September 13 – The Hulu thriller series The Other Black Girl will debut online today

Show Synopsis: Nella (Sinclair Daniel), an editorial assistant, is tired of being the only Black girl at her company, so she’s excited when Hazel (Ashleigh Murray) is hired. But as Hazel’s star begins to rise, Nella spirals out and discovers something sinister is going on at the company. The cast includes Bellamy Young, Eric McCormack, Hunter Parrish and Garcelle Beauvais.

September 15 – The season finale of Heels will air on Starz at 10 PM

September 15 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Come Fly With Me will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: After landing a spot on the Thunderbirds team, an Air Force pilot must find a way to balance flying, family, and her budding romance with a widowed father. The movie stars Heather Hemmens and Niall Matter.

September 15 – The new movie Love at First Sight will debut online on Netflix today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A plucky American who’s a freak for literature and poetry, Hadley’s (Haley Lu Richardson) on her way from NYC to London to see her father get remarried — but it’s too late. She’s missed her flight. Lucky for her, there’s a seat on the next plane… for way more money. As Hadley commits to credit card debt and waits to board, she meets Oliver (Ben Hardy), a data-driven statistics major from the UK. There’s an immediate connection between the two. From that moment on, fate keeps bringing them together: They end up on the same flight, in different rows — until Oliver’s faulty seat belt causes him to move into the only other seat on the plane, next to Hadley. The plane ride turns into one long date — they enjoy in-flight meals and a movie together, but it’s over too soon. As they land in London, Hadley and Oliver lose track of each other in customs before they even exchange numbers. What are the chances they’ll ever meet again? The cast also stars Rob Delaney, Sally Phillips and Jameela Jamil.

September 15 – The new drama Wilderness will debut online today on Amazon

Show Synopsis: Liv’s (Jenna Coleman) “happily-ever-after” quickly turns into a living nightmare upon discovering her husband Will (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) is having an affair. She becomes the actress starring in Will’s bad dreams after she learns about his betrayal, and her heartbreak is swiftly followed by another emotion: fury. The couple embarks on an American road trip that Liv has fantasized about since she was little, from the Grand Canyon on through Yosemite, before ending up with a hedonistic weekend in Las Vegas. For Will, it’s a chance to make amends; for Liv, it’s a very different prospect – a landscape where accidents happen all the time. The perfect place to get revenge. The cast includes Ashley Benson, Eric Balfour, Jonathan Keltz and Talia Balsam.

September 15 – The Amazon movie A Million Miles Away will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Inspired by the real-life story of NASA flight engineer José Hernández (Michael Pena), the movie follows him and his devoted family of proud migrant farm workers on a decades-long journey, from a rural village in Michoacán, Mexico, to the fields of the San Joaquin Valley, to more than 200 miles above the Earth in the International Space Station. With the unwavering support of his hard-working parents, relatives and teachers, José’s unrelenting drive & determination culminates in the opportunity to achieve his seemingly impossible goal. The cast includes Rosa Salazar, Bobby Soto, Sarayu Blue, Veronica Falcón, Julio César Cedillo, Garret Dillahunt and Eric Johnson.

September 16 – The Great American Family movie Craft Me a Romance will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Nicole Borden (Jodie Sweetin), the owner of a quaint arts and crafts store “The Crafty Companion” is faced with an ultimatum when the owner of “Mitchell’s Art and Craft Supplies” (Brent Bailey) tells her she must either sell her store or be forced out of business.

September 16 – The remainder of the third and final season of All Rise will premiere on OWN at 9 PM

September 16 – The Hallmark Channel movie Notes of Autumn will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Ellie (Ashley Williams) is a fun-loving, classically trained pianist living in the city who gave up on her passion long ago. Her best friend Leo (Luke Macfarlane) lives in the rustic outskirts of British Columbia. He’s a famous author with writer’s block who can’t seem to finish another installment in his highly popular book series. Realizing they both need a change of scenery, they decide to swap places, only to find themselves completely lost in new surroundings. Ellie gets tangled up in helping Sam (Marcus Rosner), Leo’s neighbor, put together a musical performance for a local fundraiser. Leo strikes up a friendship with Ellie’s good friend Matt (Peter Porte) and opens himself up to writing something different that really inspires him. Their newfound friendships turn into something far more meaningful, and as both Ellie and Leo take part in the joys of the autumn season, they also discover their hearts belong somewhere very different than they ever thought possible.

September 17 – The new Paramount+ series The Gold will debut online today

Show Synopsis: The mini-series is inspired by the real-life events that took place on  November 26, 1983, when six armed men broke into the Brink’s-Mat security depot near London’s Heathrow Airport, and inadvertently stumbled across gold bullion worth £26m. What started as ‘a typical Old Kent Road armed robbery, according to detectives at the time, became a seminal event in British criminal history, remarkable not only for the scale of the theft – at the time the biggest in world history – but for its wider legacy. The disposal of the bullion caused the birth of large-scale international money laundering, provided the dirty money that helped fuel the London Docklands property boom, united blue and white collar criminals, and left controversy and murder in its wake. The cast includes Hugh Bonneville (Downton Abbey), Jack Lowden (Slow Horses), Dominic Cooper (The Preacher), Charlotte Spencer (Cinderella) and Tom Cullen (Black Mirror) [among others].

September 18 – The revival of the Australian series Neighbours: A New Chapter will debut online on Freevee

Show Synopsis: Located in the fictional Melbourne suburb of Erinsborough, the series follows the loves and challenges of the residents of Ramsay Street. New and returning series regulars include Alan Fletcher, Annie Jones, Candice Leask, Emerald Chan, Georgie Stone, Jackie Woodburne, Lloyd Will, Lucinda Armstrong Hall, Lucinda Cowden, Marley Williams, Naomi Rukavina, Rebekah Elmaloglou, Riley Bryant, Ryan Moloney, Sara West, Shiv Palekar, Stefan Dennis, Tim Kano, and Xavier Molyneux as series regulars. Guy Pearce will guest-star as will new cast addition Mischa Barton.

September 22 – The revival of the movie franchise Spy Kids: Armageddon will debut online on Netflix today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a game developer unleashes a powerful computer virus, the children of two secret agents must work together to save their parents — and the world. The film stars Gina Rodriguez, Zachary Levi, Connor Esterso, Everly Carganilla, Billy Magnussen and D. J. Cotrona.

September 22 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Murder in G Major will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Former orchestra conductor Gethsemane Brown (Tamera Mowry-Housley) has moved to the Irish countryside to teach music at St. Brendan’s boarding school. After deciphering a cryptic musical message, she meets renowned composer Eamon McCarthy (Risteard Cooper), who is rumored to be behind the death of his longtime love. Complicating things further, Eamon’s a ghost! Eamon enlists Gethsemane’s help to find the real person responsible, so that he can finally move on and reunite with his true love in the afterlife. With the ghost of Eamon tagging along, Gethsemane investigates, but faces resistance from the charming Inspector O’Reilly (Adam Fergus), who takes a liking to her but considers the case closed. Juggling her sleuthing with the job she was hired to do, Gethsemane meanwhile struggles to turn the motley crew of students at St. Brendan’s into a choir that can compete at Regionals, though a handsome math teacher Griff (Marco Grazzini) is able to help her gain some ground. But when her sleuthing brings her close to solving the case for Eamon, it looks like Gethsemane has only a ghost of a chance of making it out alive.

September 22 – The finale of Harlan Coben’s Shelter will debut online on Amazon today

September 22 – The prequel series The Continental: From the World of John Wick will debut online today on Peacock

Show Synopsis: The three-part event will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott (Colin Woodell), as he’s dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970’s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind. Winston charts a deadly course through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne. Mel Gibson also stars.

NOTE: The other two episodes will air on September 29 and October 6.

September 22 – The Apple TV+ dramedy Still Up will debut online today

Show Synopsis: This almost romantic comedy is set in the after-hours world of insomniacs Danny (Craig Roberts) and Lisa (Antonia Thomas) who have no secrets except their feelings for each other.

September 22 – The Hulu movie No One Will Save You will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Brynn Adams (KaitlynDever), is a creative and talented young woman who has been alienated from her community. Lonely but ever hopeful, she finds solace within the walls of the home where she grew up—until she’s awakened one night by strange noises from decidedly unearthly intruders. How will she fare against these alien invaders?

September 23 – The Hallmark Channel movie Retreat to You will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Abby (Emily Ullerup) and Sean (Peter Mooney) were best friends in high school until they had a falling out at their graduation party. Years later, when Abby’s friend Rachel (Meghan Heffern) brings her to a wilderness retreat, she is shocked to run into Sean. This chance reconnection only results in the old friends butting heads even more. However, when the pair becomes separated from the group on a hiking trip, they must work together to find their way back to the campsite. As the walls come down, they’ll face the reality of why their friendship and their lives fell apart and come to learn that maybe the way forward is together.

September 23 – The new movie Haven’t Met Yet will debut at 8 PM on Great American Family

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Lucy Marks (Merritt Patterson) is a professional matchmaker. When Lucy meets a handsome businessman (Joshua Sasse), she feels the spark of love for the first time, only to have her hopes dashed when she learns the man is her next client.

September 24 – The Chi will air its fall finale on Showtime at 9 PM

September 25 – The new NBC drama The Irrational will debut at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: Alec Mercer (Jesse L. Martin) is a world-renowned leader in behavioral science who lends his expertise to an array of high-stakes cases involving governments, law enforcement and corporations with his unique and unexpected approach to understanding human behavior. The cast includes Arash DeMaxi, Maahra Hill, Molly Kunz and Travina Springer.

September 27 – The series finale of Physical will air online on Apple TV+ today

September 28 – The new drama The Vanishing Triangle will debut online today on Sundance Now

Show Synopsis: After publishing an article about her mother’s murder, journalist Lisa Wallace (India Mullin) gets a chilling letter from the killer, taunting her with pictures of the murder and of a new victim. Soon, news comes of Amy Reynolds, a woman who’s gone missing. Lisa and Detective David Burkely (Allan Leech) begin fighting through Garda red tape as more girls go missing. Meanwhile, the killer plays psychological torture games with Lisa, making her choose his victims and even threatening her in person. Lisa and David’s path leads them into the crosshairs of the deeply corrupted core of the Garda. To cover their tracks, high-ranking Garda members blackmail David with his own secrets. This threatens to destroy them both as they get closer to facing off with the killer who murdered Lisa’s mother all those years ago.

September 28 – The Netflix movie Love Is In the Air will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A fiercely independent pilot fighting to keep her family business afloat starts to fall for the man sent by corporate to ground her operation forever. The movie stars Delta Goodrem and Joshua Sasse.

September 29 – The Apple TV+ movie Flora and Son will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The eponymous Flora (Eve Hewson, daughter of U2’s Bono) brings home a guitar after the police tell her that she needs to find something to occupy the time of her off-the-rails teenage son, Max (Orén Kinlan), or he’ll end up “behind bars.”

September 29 – The Boys spin-off series Gen V will debut its three episodes online on Amazon today

Show Synopsis: The series gives a peek into life at Godolkin University, America’s only college exclusively for young-adult superheroes, run by Vought International, exploring the training of the first generation of superheroes to know about Compound V, and that their powers were injected into them, rather than God-given. These young, competitive heroes put their physical and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the school’s highly coveted top ranking. The main cast includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizzie Broadway, Maddie Phillips, Derek Luh, Asa Germann and Shelley Conn as well as recurring cast including Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, Jason Ritter, Clancy Brown and Alexander Calvert.

September 29 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Mystery Island will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: London Police psychiatrist Dr. Emilia Priestly (Elizabeth Henstridge) needs to take a relaxing break from her stressful job, so her wealthy friend, Baroness Jane Alcott (Kezia Burrows), invites her to Mystery Island, an immersive murder-mystery-themed resort hosting a special retreat for the original investors. As the mystery game begins, tragedy strikes: John Murtaugh (Robert Getman) the resort’s reclusive founder, is murdered. The visitors are confined to the island as local detective Jason Trent (Charlie Weber) investigates the case. Once Emilia proves her innocence, she makes use of her special skills to help Jason find the murderer. The lines between game and reality are blurred as they unravel the web of romance, revenge, and betrayal behind the resort, its guests, and its elusive founder.

September 30 – The Hallmark Channel movie A Very Venice Romance will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Amy (Stephanie Leonidas) is a New York City executive working for Blossom, a wellness company that has been trying to launch deliverable meal prep kits. She needs to find a chef to help guide the venture and tries to woo Marcello Barone (Raniero Monaco Di Lapio), an Italian chef. When Amy contacts him, he turns her down — Marcello got burned in the past by the New York restaurant scene and is now enjoying running a cooking school in Venice. To try and persuade him, Amy enrolls in his cooking school which is located in a stunning Venetian palazzo. While there, Marcello introduces Amy to the slow-paced pleasures of Italy and shows her how the kits can be healthy by using fresh ingredients. But when the cooking course is over and Amy fails to lure Marcello back to New York, will she go back or stay in Venice?

September 30 – The new movie A Harvest Homecoming will debut at 8 PM on Great American Family

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Teacher Drew Granger (Trevor Donovan) accepts a temporary substitute job in his old hometown of Chestnut Hollow, Texas, where he meets Aiden (young actor Luxton Handspiker), the proverbial new kid at school, desperate for a caring friend. While he would rather have taken a job anywhere else, Drew reconsiders Chestnut Hollow when he meets Lainie Abbott (Jessica Lowndes), the new manager of his parents’ massive apple orchard and cider mill business, and more importantly, Aiden’s mom.
