The following list provides the dates of the dramas that will debut, return or end on the major and cable networks as well as the streaming services AND the made-for-TV movies and so much more that will air throughout May:

May 1 – The season finale of The Good Doctor will air on ABC at 10 PM

May 1 – The new 5-episode limited series White House Plumbers will debut on HBO at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This is a behind-the-scenes look at the Watergate scandal, focusing on President Richard Nixon’s political saboteurs, E. Howard Hunt (Woody Harrelson) and G. Gordon Liddy (Justin Theroux), as they accidentally topple the presidency they were zealously trying to protect and their families along with it. The ensemble cast includes David Krumholtz, Domhnall Gleeson, F. Murray Abraham, Ike Barinholtz, John Carroll Lynch, Judy Greer, Kathleen Turner, Kiernan Shipka, Kim Coates, Lena Headey, Liam James, Tony Plana, Yul Vazquez and Zoe Levin.

May 1 – The new series Casa Grande will debut online on Amazon Freevee

Show Synopsis: This bilingual limited series follows the tales of California’s hardworking, often undocumented migrant workforce, as well as the wealthy landowners in Northern California. The cast includes James Marsters, John Pyper-Ferguson, Christina Moore, Ali Afshar, Javier Bolanos, Kate Mansi and Karen Bethzabe [among others]

May 1 – The new limited series A Small Light will debut on National Geographic at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This limited series tells the remarkable true story of secretary Miep Gies (Bel Powley), who was a young, carefree and opinionated woman – at a time when opinions got you killed – when her boss, Otto Frank (Liev Schreiber), asked her to help hide his family from the Nazis during WWII. Without hesitation, Miep agreed. For the next two years, she and her daring and devoted husband Jan (Joe Cole), with several other everyday heroes, watched over the Frank, van Pels and Pfeffer families hiding in the secret annex. The cast includes Eleanor Tomlinson and Ian McElhinney [among others].

May 2 – The season finales of The Rookie, The Rookie: Feds and Will Trent will air on ABC at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

May 3 – Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. are all back on NBC with new episodes at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

May 3 – The series finale of A Million Little Things will air at 10 PM on ABC

May 3 – The season finale of season two of Schmigadoon! known as Schmicago! will air online on Apple TV+ today

May 4 – The finale of Lucky Hank will air online on AMC+ today

May 4 – The new prequel series Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story will debut online on Netflix today

Show Synopsis: Young Queen Charlotte’s (India Amarteifio) marriage to King George of England (Corey Mylchreest) sparks an epic love story and transforms high society in this Bridgerton universe prequel. Adjoa Andoh, Golda Rosheuval and Ruth Gemmell crossover from Bridgerton while Arsema Thomas and Michelle Fairley [among others] also star.

May 5 – The new movie Just Jake will air online on UP Faith & Family today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: An emerging country star (Rob Mayes) returns to his hometown to overcome his serious writer’s block, and reunites with his high school sweetheart (Brittany Bristow). Together they rediscover love and learn that the best music is the music you make together.

NOTE: This movie will also air on UPtv on at 7 PM on May 21.

May 5 – The new Apple TV+ series Silo will debut online today

Show Synopsis: This 10-episode series, based on the Hugh Howey trilogy of dystopian books, tells the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and any who try to find out face fatal consequences. The cast includes Rebecca Ferguson, Common, David Oyelowo, Harriet Walter, Tim Robbins and Rashida Jones.

May 6 – The Hallmark Channel movie When Love Springs will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When Rory (Rhiannon Fish) arrives at a quaint B&B on the lake for the vow renewal of her parents, she runs into her ex who broke her heart. Panicked, she pretends the B&B owner (James O’Halloran) is her new boyfriend.

May 7 – The season finale of Rabbit Hole will air online today on Paramount+

May 7 – The season finale of Call the Midwife and Marie Antoinette will both air on PBS at 8 and 10 PM respectively

May 7 – The season finale of Lucky Hank will air on AMC at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This limited series thriller follows a class of FBI agents, set in three distinct points in time, who grapple with immense changes as the U.S. criminal justice system is altered by artificial intelligence. The series stars Brian Tyree Henry, Jake McDorman, Kate Mara, Brian J. Smith, Sepideh Moafi, Brooke Smith, Rosalind Eleazar and Jon Jon Briones.

May 11 – The season premiere of Fear the Walking Dead will air online on AMC+

May 11 – The series finale of Titans will air on Max (formerly HBO Max) online today

May 11 – Walker will air its season finale on The CW at 8 PM

May 12 – The Disney+ movie Crater will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The movie tells the story of Caleb Channing (Isaiah Russell-Bailey), who was raised on a lunar mining colony and is about to be permanently relocated to an idyllic faraway planet following the death of his father (Scott Mescudi). But before leaving, to fulfill his dad’s last wish, he and his three best friends, Dylan (Billy Barratt), Borney (Orson Hong) and Marcus (Thomas Boyce), and a new arrival from Earth, Addison (Mckenna Grace), hijack a rover for one final adventure on a journey to explore a mysterious crater.

May 12 – The new movie The Mother will debut on Netflix today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: While fleeing from dangerous assailants, an ex-assassin (Jennifer Lopez) comes out of hiding to protect the estranged daughter she left earlier in her life. The movie also stars Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick and Gael Garcia Bernal.

May 12 – The new Apple TV+ series City on Fire will debut online today

Show Synopsis: An NYU student is shot in Central Park on the Fourth of July, 2003. Samantha (Chase Sui Wonders) is alone; there are no witnesses and very little physical evidence. Her friends’ band is playing her favorite downtown club but she leaves to meet someone, promising to return. She never does. As the crime against Samantha is investigated, she’s revealed to be the crucial connection between a series of mysterious citywide fires, the downtown music scene, and a wealthy uptown real estate family fraying under the strain of the many secrets they keep. The series cast includes Nico Tortorella, Ashley Zukerman, John Cameron Mitchell and Omid Abtahi [among others].

May 12 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie The Jane Mysteries: Inheritance Lost will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Singer Jane DaSilva (Jodie Sweetin) inherits the family foundation which finds justice for those who aren’t able to help themselves. Together with Detective John Cameron (Stephen Huszar) she brings hope to many hopeless cases.

May 12 – S.W.A.T. will air part 1 of its season finale on CBS at 8 PM

May 13 – The Hallmark Channel movie Dream Moms will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Two moms (Tamera Mowry-Housley and Chelsea Hobbs) whose Broadway dreams got deferred, enter a TV talent show competition together and learn that it’s never too late to become what or who you want to be. Roger Cross co-stars.

May 14 – Fear the Walking Dead will premiere its final season on AMC at 9 PM

May 14 – The UPtv movie When Love Blooms will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Romance blossoms between a risk management analyst and a florist as they prepare for a flower competition. The movie stars Sarah Power and Thomas Cadrot.

May 14 – The season finale of East New York will air on CBS at 9 PM followed by part 1 of the series finale of NCIS: Los Angeles airing at 10 PM

May 15 – The 2-hour season finale of 9-1-1 will air on FOX at 8 PM

May 15 – NCIS: Hawai’i will air part 1 of its season finale on CBS at 10 PM

May 16 – The 2-hour season finale of 9-1-1: Lone Star will air on FOX at 8 PM

May 18 – The spring finale of Good Trouble will air on Freeform at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: From the world of Jenny Han’s To All the Boys I’ve Love comes the story of teen Teen matchmaker Kitty Song Covey (Anna Cathcart), who thinks she knows everything there is to know about love. But when she moves halfway across the world to reunite with her long-distance boyfriend Dae (Minyeong Choi), she’ll soon realize that relationships are a lot more complicated when it’s your own heart on the line. John Corbett returns as Dan Covey along with Sarayu Blue as Trina.

May 19 – S.W.A.T. will air part two of its season finale at 8 PM on CBS followed by the season finales of Fire Country and Blue Bloods at 9 and 10 PM respectively

May 19 – The Last Thing He Told Me will air its season finale online on Apple TV+ today

May 19 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Carrot Cake Mystery: A Hannah Swensen Mystery will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The discovery of a skeleton in an old building leads to a murder investigation. The cast includes Alison Sweeney, Cameron Mathison, Gabriel Hogan and Barbara Niven.

May 20 – The Hallmark Channel movie Love in Zion National: A National Park Romance will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Assistant curator, Lauren (Cindy Busby), is out to prove a set of ancient vases belong with the Pueblo Nation. While in Zion she meets Adam (David Gridley), a native Puebloan park ranger, who helps her on her mission.

May 21 – The season finale of Tom Jones will air on PBS at 9 PM

May 21 – The Equalizer will air its season finale at 8 PM on CBS followed by part two of the series finale of NCIS: Los Angeles at 9 PM followed by a A Salute to NCIS: Los Angeles, a farewell special, at 10 PM

May 22 – The season finale of A Small Light will air at 9 PM on National Geographic

May 22 – NCIS will air its season finale on CBS at 9 PM followed by part two of the season finale of NCIS: Hawai’i at 10 PM

May 23 – The season finales of FBI, FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted will all air on CBS at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

Show Synopsis: Based on the graphic novel by Gene Luen Yang, the series tells the story of Jin Wang (Ben Want), an average teenager juggling his high school social life with his home life. When he meets a new foreign student on the first day of the school year, even more worlds collide as Jin is unwittingly entangled in a battle of Chinese mythological Gods. The cast includes Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, Chin Han, Daniel Wu, Sydney Taylor and Yeo Yann Yann.

May 24 – The final season of Mayans MC will start with a two-hour season premiere at 10 PM on FX

May 24 – The new Hulu series The Clearing will debut online today

Show Synopsis: This eight-part psychological thriller is based on the best-selling crime novel by author J.P. Pomare, which follows the nightmares of a cult and a woman who’s forced to face the demons from her past in order to stop the kidnapping and coercion of innocent children in the future. The cast includes Guy Pearce, Teresa Palmer and Xavier Samuel [among others].

May 25 – The finale of Love & Death will air online on Max (formerly HBO Max)

May 25 – The new drama Fubar will debut online on Netflix today

Show Synopsis: A CIA operative (Arnold Schwarzenegger) on the verge of retirement discovers a family secret and is forced back into the field for one last job. The cast includes Monica Barbaro, Travis Van Winkle, Gabriel Luna, Jay Baruchel, Andy Buckley and Barbara Eve Harris [among others].

May 26 – The series finale of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel will air online on Amazon today

May 26 – The finale of Power Book II Ghost will air at 8 PM on Starz

May 27 – The Hallmark Movies Now movie The Love Club: Sydney’s Journey will air at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Former star track athlete, Sydney (Lily Gao), is now a successful food blogger who still holds a flame for her college boyfriend whom she hasn’t seen in ten years. After running into him unexpectedly, she discovers he has entered the Valentine 10k Run and doesn’t want to miss out on an opportunity to reconnect. She quickly signs up for the run then recruits The Love Club – four women who made a vow while still in college to always be there for one another during times of romantic troubles – to help. After being paired up with Theo (Jesse Hutch), a running buddy and also the chef and owner of a struggling local restaurant, it becomes apparent to everyone but Sydney that it is Theo (not her ex) who seems to share a bond with her – especially over their love of food and cooking. As Sydney helps Theo elevate his menu to buzzworthy appeal, Theo helps Sydney reach the finish line.

May 28 – The series finale of Succession will air on HBO at 9 PM

May 29 – The Hallmark Channel movies The Love Club: Lauren’s Dream will debut at 6 PM and The Love Club: Tara’s Tune will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS (The Love Club: Lauren’s Dream): For years, Lauren put her dream of opening an art gallery on hold while her husband, Peter, moved up in his career. Her resentments eventually overshadowed the love they once shared bringing them to the brink of a split. Faced with divorce papers, Lauren discovers Peter is dating again. She recruits The Love Club to help her get back in the dating game, too. As Lauren comically tries to navigate dating while realizing her dream, it is obvious to The Love Club that Lauren and Peter still have feelings for each other. The ladies set out to remind them why they fell in love in the first place, setting the stage for a heartwarming renewal of the deep connection they share. The movie stars Chantel Riley, Andrew Bushell and Franco Lo Presti.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS (The Love Club: Tara’s Tune): A free spirit talented at capturing a live audience with her beautiful voice, TARA has always professed she doesn’t need a partner. After all, she has The Love Club. When Tara decides she is going to marry herself, the ladies show up to plan Tara’s commitment-to-herself party – a task made comically challenging when Tara’s mother arrives unexpectedly expecting an actual wedding. When The Love Club notices an undeniable connection between Tara and a jaded musician, their job of planners turns into matchmakers as they show Tara there is nothing wrong with falling in love – especially with a man who helps Tara finally get the break she needs when they create a hit song together. The movie stars Camille Stopps and Brett Donahue.
