The following list provides the dates of the dramas that will debut, return or end on the major and cable networks as well as the streaming services AND the made-for-TV movies and so much more that will air all throughout January:

January 1 – The new drama Kaleidoscope will debut online on Netflix today

Show Synopsis: A master thief (Giancarlo Esposito) and his crew attempt an epic and elaborate heist worth $7 billion dollars — but betrayal, greed and other threats undermine their plans. The cast includes Rufus Sewell, Jai Courtney, Paz Vega and Tati Gabrielle.

January 1 – The Hallmark Channel movie The Dog Lover’s Guide to Dating will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Alex (Rebecca Dalton), a professional dog trainer is more enamored of her loyal four-legged clients than she is of their owners whom she never fully trusts. Her skepticism of a dog’s two-legged best friend makes for a difficult, or rather nonexistent, dating life. Simon (Corey Sevier) has the opposite problem. He’s found the girl of his dreams; he just needs to win over her dog so they can live happily ever after. When he discovers Alex’s impeccable dog training skills, he convinces her to train him in the ways of the canine so he can show his girlfriend Chloe (Eliza King) and her beloved pug what a fun-loving pack leader he can be.

January 1 – The winter finale of Yellowstone will air on Paramount Network at 8 PM

January 2 – The second season premiere of Fantasy Island will air on FOX at 8 PM

January 2 – The reboot of Quantum Leap will be back with new episodes starting on NBC at 10 PM

January 3 – The season finale of Welcome to Chippendales will air online on Hulu

January 3 – FBI, FBI: International and FBI: Most Wanted will all return to CBS tonight at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 3 – The Resident will be back with new episodes starting tonight on FOX at 8 PM

January 3 – The Rookie and The Rookie: Feds will move to a new night on ABC, airing back-to-back at 8 and 9 PM respectively, starting with a crossover episode tonight followed by the debut of the new drama Will Trent at 10 PM

Show Synopsis (Will Trent): Based on the Karin Slaughter best-selling book series about Special Agent Will Trent (Ramon Rodriguez) of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI), who was abandoned at birth and endured a harsh coming of age in Atlanta’s overwhelmed foster care system; but now, determined to use his unique point of view to make sure no one feels as abandoned as he was, Trent has the highest clearance rate in the GBI. The cast includes Erika Christensen, Jake McLaughlin, Sonja Sohn and Iantha Richardson.

January 3 – New Amsterdam will return with new episodes from its final season on NBC at 10 PM

January 4 – The returns of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. will air on NBC at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 4 – Big Sky will be back with new episodes on ABC starting tonight at 10 PM

January 4 – AMC will air a sneak peek of the network’s new drama Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches [check your local listings for airtime]

January 5 – The winter finale of Doom Patrol will air online on HBO Max

January 5 – The second season premiere of Ginny & Georgia will air online on Netflix

January 5 – So Help Me Todd and CSI: Vegas will both be back with new episodes on CBS starting tonight at 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 5 – The NBC dramas Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Organized Crime will all be back with new episodes at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 6 – The second season finale of The Mosquito Coast will air online on Apple TV+

January 6 – The Rig is the new drama that will debut online on Amazon today

Show Synopsis: Rose (Emily Hampshire), Magnus (Iain Glen) and Fulmer (Martin Compston) are amongst many others working on an oil rig off the coast of Scotland. When the time comes for them to return back to land, the oil rig becomes engulfed by a supernatural mist. Will they make it back?

January 6 – The AMC+ movie Vesper will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Set after the collapse of the Earth’s ecosystem, the sci-fi thriller follows Vesper (Raffiella Chapman), a headstrong 13-year-old girl who uses her survival skills to subsist in the remnants of a strange and dangerous world with her ailing father, Darius (Richard Brake). When Vesper finds a mysterious woman, Camellia (Rosy McEwen), alone and disoriented after an aerial crash, she agrees to help find her missing companion in exchange for safe passage to the Citadel – the dark central hub where oligarchs live in comfort thanks to state-of-the-art biotechnology.

January 6 – The box office movie The Pale Blue Eye will debut online on Netflix today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A world-weary detective (Christian Bale) is hired to investigate the murder of a West Point cadet. Stymied by the cadets’ code of silence, he enlists one of their own to help unravel the case – a young man the world would come to know as Edgar Allan Poe (Harry Melling). The cast includes Gillian Anderson, Lucy Boynton, Robert Duvall, Toby Jones, Timothy Spall and Charlotte Gainsbourg.

January 6 – The CBS dramas S.W.A.T., Fire Country and Blue Bloods will all return with new episode starting tonight at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 7 – The Great American Family movie A Royal in Paradise will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Olivia (RhiannonFish), struggling with writer’s block after a break up, takes a tropical holiday in hope of some inspiration and meets Prince Alexander (Mitchell Bourke), who needs some distance from his duty to marry royalty.

January 7 – The new Lifetime movie Reba McEntire’s The Hammer will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The film follows Kim Wheeler (Reba McEntire), an outspoken, firecracker lawyer who is appointed Judge of the 5th District of Nevada and is one of the few traveling judges left in America. After the reigning judge passes away under suspicious circumstances, Kim finds herself covering a circuit that stretches between Las Vegas and Reno – a rugged, often desolate area where anything and everything can happen. With gavel in hand, she lays down the law with a no-nonsense brand of justice that quickly earns her the nickname “The Hammer.” As the investigation of the former judge’s death heats up, Kim’s sister Kris (Melissa Peterman), who runs the local brothel, suddenly becomes the prime suspect, and Kim must work even harder to make certain the appropriate justice is served.

January 7 – The Hallmark Channel movie The Wedding Veil: Expectations will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Avery and Peter (Lacey Chabert and Kevin McGarry) try to keep the romance alive while renovating an old house and juggling work, but everything takes on a new perspective when Avery has a surprise for Peter. Autumn Reeser and Alison Sweeney reprise their roles from the original trilogy.

January 8 – The season finale of George & Tammy will air on Showtime at 9 PM

January 8 – The new drama Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches will debut its first two episodes online on AMC+ and also on AMC at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: Based on Rice’s best-selling trilogy, Lives of the Mayfair Witches, the 8-episode series focuses on an intuitive young neurosurgeon, Rowan (Alexandra Daddario), who discovers that she is the unlikely heir to a family of witches. As she grapples with her newfound powers, she must contend with a sinister presence that has haunted her family for generations. The cast includes Annabeth Gish, Beth Grant, Erica Gimpel, Harry Hamlin and Jack Huston.

January 8 – The CBS dramas East New York and NCIS: Los Angeles will return with new episodes at 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 8 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Family History Mysteries: Buried Past will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Genealogist Sophie McClaren (Janel Parrish) is an expert at bringing families together. When her close friend Jonathan (Niall Matter) urgently needs to find a bone marrow donor, the case becomes personal.

January 8 – The PBS dramas Miss Scarlet and the Duke, All Creatures Great and Small and Vienna Blood will all return with new seasons at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 8 – The new drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit will debut on this special night and time at 8 PM on FOX

Show Synopsis: This procedural drama is about the Philadelphia Police Department’s Missing Person’s Unit (MPU). Each episode will feature a heart-pounding, life-or-death search for a missing person that runs alongside police officers Jason Grant (Scott Caan) and his ex-wife Nikki Batista’s (Dania Ramirez) series-long quest to find out the truth about their long-lost son.

January 9 – The long-in-the-waiting crossover event between NCIS, NCIS Hawai’i and NCIS: Los Angeles will happen tonight at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively on CBS

January 9 – The season premiere of C.B. Strike will air on HBO at 9 PM

January 10 – The Golden Globe Awards will air on NBC at 8 PM

January 10 – The first hour of the two-part season finale of The Resident will air on FOX at 8 PM

January 11 – The season finale of Willow will air online on Disney+

January 12 – The second season premiere of Vikings: Valhalla will air online on Netflix today

January 12 – Walker and Walker: Independence will return with new episodes on The CW at 8 and 9 PM respectively

January 12 – Criminal Minds: Evolution will be back with new episodes on Paramount+ today

January 13 – The season finale of Echo 3 will air online on Apple TV+ today

January 13 – The second and final season of Hunters will premiere online on Amazon today

January 13 – The Netflix movie Dog Gone will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When his beloved dog goes missing, a young man embarks on an incredible search with his parents to find him and give him life-saving medication. The film stars Rob Lowe, Johnny Berchtold and Kimberly Williams-Paisley.

January 14 – The Great American Family movie Lease on Love will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Poppy (Rebecca Liddiard) is a marketing specialist whose life is turned upside down when she fakes an engagement with her boss’s handsome new client Milo (Dan Jeannotte), to win over her strict building manager and get Milo the penthouse suite.

January 14 – The movie The Wedding Veil: Inspiration will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Emma’s (Autumn Reeser) life plan is thrown off course when Paolo (Paolo Bernardini) must return to Italy to take care of his father and she discovers a new passion for making art accessible to all.

January 15 – The second season of Mayor of Kingstown will premiere online on Paramount+ today

January 15 – The season finale of Tulsa King will air online on Paramount+

January 15 – The new Hallmark Channel drama The Way Home will debut at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This is a new family drama that follows the lives of three generations of women – Kat Landry (Chyler Leigh), her 15-year-old daughter Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) and Kat’s mother Del (Andie MacDowell), who are all strong, willful and independent. More than 20 years prior, life changing events prompted Kat to move away from her small, Canadian farm town of Port Haven and she remains estranged from Del to this day. Alice has never met her grandmother and is unaware of the reasons for their fractured family. With Kat’s marriage coming to an end and having just been laid off from her job, she decides to return home after receiving an unexpected letter from Del urging her to come back. Although Alice is none-too-thrilled, Kat and her daughter arrive at her family’s farm, though the reunion isn’t what Kat had envisioned. As the three generations of women slowly work on finding their footing as a family, they embark on an enlightening – and surprising – journey none of them could have imagined as they learn how to find their way back to each other.

January 15 – The 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards will air at 7 PM on The CW

January 15 – The UPtv movie The Princess and the Bodyguard will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: On her 35th birthday, Lexi discovers who she secretly always was a royal Princess. She now has two weeks to find a suitable date for the royal gala under the watchful eye of her handsome but infuriating bodyguard, Noah. The cast includes Emily Alatalo, Ryan Bruce and Marcus Craig.

January 15 – The third season premiere of Godfather of Harlem will air on MGM+ (formerly EPIX) at 9 PM

January 15 – The HBO drama The Last of Us will debut at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: The series takes place 20 years after modern civilization has been destroyed. Joel, a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job soon becomes a brutal and heartbreaking journey as they both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival. The cast includes Anna Torv, Ashley Johnson, Gabriel Luna, Graham Greene, Jeffrey Pierce, Melanie Lynsky, Nick Offerman, Pedro Pascal and Storm Reid [among others].

January 15 – The second season premiere of Your Honor will air on Showtime at 9 PM

January 16 – Both NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i will be back in their regular time slots on CBS at 9 and 10 PM respectively

January 17 – The two-hour series finale on New Amsterdam will air on NBC at the special time of 9 PM

January 17 – The second hour of the two-part season finale of The Resident will air on FOX at 8 PM

January 18 – The finale of Big Sky will air on ABC at 10 PM

January 19 – The second season of the Australian series Mystic will premiere at 8 PM on UPtv

January 20 – The third season of Truth Be Told will premiere on Apple TV+ today

January 21 – The Hallmark Channel movie The Wedding Veil: Journey will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Tracy and Nick (Alison Sweeney and Victor Webster) agree to set aside work to make time for a long overdue honeymoon to Greece. When they are stranded on a secluded island, they confront their life choices.

January 22 – The UPtv movie The Clue to Love will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Audrey Harper heads to Hope Cove to write about the anonymous Ask Aunt Hope, a love advice column and a mainstay of the town’s local newspaper. There, she meets the charming and handsome Editor-in-Chief Morgan Cooper, who helps her uncover the true identity of “Aunt Hope.” The movie stars Rachel Bles and Travis Milne.

January 22 – The new FOX drama Accused will debut at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This series is a collection of 15 intense, topical and exquisitely human stories of crime and punishment. Each episode is a fast-paced provocative thriller, exploring a different crime, in a different city, with an entirely original cast. Told from the defendant’s point of view through flashbacks, the show holds a mirror up to current times with evocative and emotional stories. Among the cast who will be feature include Aaron Ashmore, Abigail Breslin, Aisha Dee, Ian Anthony Dale, Jack Davenport, Jill Hennessy, Kyle Schmid, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Margo Martindale, Mary Lynn Pajskub, Megan Boone, Michael Chiklis, Molly Parker, Rachel Bilson, Rhea Perlman, Robert Wisdom, Wendell Pierce and Whitney Cummings.

January 23 – The dramas All American and All American: Homecoming will return from their winter breaks on The CW at 8 and 9 PM respectively

January 23 – The Lazarus Project is the new drama that will debut on TNT at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: In this riveting eight-hour drama, the story follows George (Paapa Essiedu), the latest recruit to The Lazarus Project – a secret organization that has harnessed the ability to turn back time whenever the world is at the threat of extinction. George and his colleagues are the few people on Earth with the ability to remember the events that are undone when time goes back. But when a freak accident harms someone close to George, Lazarus won’t let him turn back time to undo it unless there is the threat of global extinction. Now George must choose to stay loyal or go rogue as he faces the question of: if you had the power to re-write your past, what would you sacrifice to do it? The series stars Tom Burke, Anjii Mohindra, Caroline Quentin and Rudi Dharmalingham.

January 23 – The Good Doctor will be back with new episodes starting tonight on ABC at 10:01 PM

January 24 – The fourth season premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star will air on FOX at 8 PM followed by a new episode of the new drama Accused which will move to its regular timeslot of 9 PM tonight

January 24 – The CW prequel series The Winchesters will be back with new episodes at the new timeslot of 9 PM

January 25 – The season finale of Leverage: Redemption will air online on Freevee

January 26 – The series finale of the rebooted version of Gossip Girl will air online on HBO Max

January 26 – The new drama Clean Sweep will debut online on Sundance Now

Show Synopsis: This Irish thriller follows Shelly Mohan (Charlene McKenna), a housewife, mother of three, married to a Garda detective, who kills her former partner in crime when he threatens to expose her dark past. With her unsuspecting husband hunting for the killer, Shelly must cope with pressures of the tightening noose as well as continue caring for an ailing son, her unfaithful husband, and all usual burdens of motherhood.

January 26 – The British TV series Wild at Heart – that aired over there from 2006 to 2013 – will have its US network debut on UPtv at 8:30 PM

Show Synopsis: The drama tells the story of an English family who moves to the South African bush to set up and run a game reserve. The series stars Stephen Tomkinson, Deon Stewardson and Nomsa Xaba.

January 26 – Paramount+ will debut the one-off flick Teen Wolf: The Movie online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A full moon rises in Beacon Hills and with it a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall (Tyler Posey), no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can both gather new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced. Returning cast members include Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Crystal Reed, Colton Haynes, Ian Bohen, J.R. Bourne, Linden Ashby, Melissa Ponzio, Dylan Sprayberry, Seth Gilliam, Ryan Kelley and Orny Adams.

January 26 – The new series Wolf Pack will debut online on Paramount+ today

Show Synopsis: The series follows a teenage boy and girl whose lives are changed forever when a California wildfire awakens a terrifying supernatural creature and drives it to attack a highway traffic jam beneath the burning hills. Wounded in the chaos, the boy and girl are inexplicably drawn to each other and to two other teenagers who were adopted sixteen years earlier by a park ranger after another mysterious wildfire. As the full moon rises, all four teens come together to unravel the secret that connects them – the bite and blood of a werewolf. The cast includes Sarah Michelle Gellar, Rodrigo Santoro, Armani Jackson, Bella Shepard, Chloe Rose Robertson and Tyler Lawrence Gray.

January 27 – The Netflix series Lockwood & Co. will debut online on Netflix

Show Synopsis: A girl (Ruby Stokes) with extraordinary psychic abilities joins two gifted teen boys (Cameron Chapman and Ali Hadji-Heshmati) at a small ghost-hunting agency to fight the many deadly spirits haunting London.

January 28 – The Hallmark Channel movie Love in Glacier National: A National Park Romance at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: An avalanche forecasting expert brings her new technology to Glacier National Park where she faces push-back from the Director of Mountain Rescue who’s trained in intuition and common sense. The movie stars Ashley Newbrough and Stephen Huszar.

January 28 – The Great American Family movie Fall Into Winter will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Life quickly changes for Kerry as she has to work alongside her high school nemesis, Brooks, an old friend of her brother’s who unexpectedly buys into Kerry’s family-owned candy shop. The movie stars Lori Loughlin, in her first role since the college scandal that sent her to prison, and James Tupper.

January 29 – A special episode of Fire Country will air on CBS at 10 PM

January 29 – The UPtv movie Finding Love in San Antonio will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A successful Los Angeles TV chef is offered a new network series that will send her traveling around Europe, but her young daughter’s heart is in San Antonio, Texas, and the restaurant where she got her start is struggling. The movie stars Valentina Izarra, George Akram and Isabella Rivera-Gandulla.

January 30 – The new thriller series The Watchful Eye will debut on Freeform at 9 PM with a new episode also airing at 10 PM, the show’s regular timeslot

Show Synopsis: The series follows Elena Santos (Mariel Molino), a young woman with a complicated past, maneuvering her way into working as a live-in nanny for an affluent family in Manhattan. She quickly learns that everyone in the mysterious building has deadly secrets and ulterior motives. What they don’t know, however, is that Elena has some shocking secrets of her own. The series also stars Amy Acker, Warren Christie, Kelly Bishop and Jon-Michael Ecker.

January 31 – La Brea will return to NBC with new episodes starting tonight, airing back-to-back episodes at 9 and 10 PM
