The following list provides the dates of the new dramas that will air on streaming services as well as the major and cable networks and the made-for-TV movies and more that will air during November.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that any of the following could easily change because of the COVID-19 pandemic that has altered our lives and TV production permanently.

November 1 – The Lifetime holiday movie The Christmas Aunt will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When Rebecca Miller (Keshia Knight Pulliam) returns home to Tennessee two weeks before Christmas to take care of her niece and nephew while their parents are away, the last thing she expected is to reconnect with her childhood best friend, Drew (Jarod Joseph). As she attempts to revive the kids’ Christmas spirit and redeem their faith in Santa, she rediscovers her favorite childhood activity: 12 Days of Christmas–something she always did with Drew. As the kids’ faith in the holiday grows, Rebecca and Drew’s friendship returns, and she starts looking at Drew in a whole new light.

November 1 – The Hallmark Channel movie On the 12th Date of Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Two seemingly incompatible game designers team up to create a romantic, city-wide scavenger hunt themed for the “12 Days of Christmas.” The film stars Mallory Jansen and Tyler Hynes.

November 1 – The holiday movie Holly & Ivy will debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When Melody’s (Janel Parrish) neighbor, Nina (Marisol Nichols), learns that her illness has returned, Melody promises to keep Nina’s kids, Holly and Ivy, together; but to adopt the children, she must renovate her new fixer-upper, which she does with the help of contractor, Adam (Jeremy Jordan).

November 1 – The PBS series Roadkill will debut at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: This new political thriller focuses on Peter Laurence (Hugh Laurie), a self-made forceful and charismatic politician whose public and private life seems to be falling apart – or rather is being picked apart by his enemies. As the personal revelations spiral, he is shamelessly untroubled by guilt or remorse, expertly walking a high wire between glory and catastrophe as he seeks to further his own agenda while others plot to bring him down. The cast includes Helen McCrory and Ophelia Lovibond.

November 1 – The UPtv holiday movie A Very Country Christmas Homecoming will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Zane and Jeannette (Greyston Holt and Bea Santos) return from their magical honeymoon to plan the perfect first Christmas as a family, but the arrival of Jeannette’s former father-in-law throws a wrench into all of their holiday planning. The cast includes Deana Carter, Mike Shara and Charlotte Hegele.

November 2 – For our Canadian viewers, GlobalTV will air the 4th season premiere of Private Eyes at 8 PM

NOTE: At some point American viewers will get to see this season on ION, but there are no plans just yet for that to happen. Once the season finishes its run in Canada, then it’ll hit US TV screens.

November 2 – The season premiere of The Good Doctor will air on ABC at 10 PM

November 2 – The season finale of the HBO drama We Are Who We Are will air at 10 PM

November 4 – The A Word will air its 3rd season premiere on Sundance at 11 PM

November 5 – The Netflix holiday movie Operation Christmas Drop will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Congressional aide Erica (Kat Graham) forgoes family Christmas to travel at her boss’s behest. At a beachside Air Force base, she clashes with Capt. Andrew Jantz (Alexander Ludwig), who knows her assignment is finding reasons to defund the facility. Aaron Douglas, Xavier de Guzman and Virginia Madsen co-star.

November 5 – The third season of Riviera will get started online on Sundance Now with a new episode added every Thursday

November 6 – The holiday movie The Christmas Yule Blog will debut on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Caroline Williams (Sara Canning), a well-known social media travel writer, is given the assignment to cover a hundred-year-old Christmas parade in the small town of Carte De Amor, New Mexico. Not excited about the assignment, Caroline goes anyway and meets a high school music teacher, Oscar Ortiz (Zak Santiago), who introduces her to a side of Christmas that she has never seen, with different traditions and meanings. In the twelve days before Christmas, Caroline falls in love with Christmas all over again and finds true love for herself.

November 6 – The gripping Netflix movie Citation will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on real events, a bright student (Temi Otedola) in Nigeria takes on the academic establishment when she reports a popular professor (Jimmy Jean-Louis from Heroes and Claws) who tried to rape her.

November 7 – The Lifetime holiday movie A Welcome Home Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Chloe (Jana Kramer) has always supported various military organizations, including the town’s Army toy drive for Christmas. This year, she is paired up with Michael (Brandon Quinn), a vet who recently returned home, and together they recruit other veterans and active military personnel to help in the cause. As the community gears up for the Officer’s Christmas Ball, where all the kids will meet Santa Claus and receive their gifts, Michael and Chloe begin to realize the greatest gift this season has been each other’s company. Charlene Tilton and Tim Reid co-star.

November 7 – The Hallmark Channel holiday movie Never Kiss A Man in a Christmas Sweater will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Single mom Maggie (Ashley Williams) is facing Christmas alone until Lucas (Niall Matter) crashes into her life and becomes an unexpected houseguest. Together they overcome Christmas while finding comfort in their growing bond.

November 7 – The Christmas Ring will debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A reporter (Nazneen Contractor) searches for the love story behind an antique engagement ring. With the help of the ring’s owner’s grandson (David Alpay), they learn the legacy his grandparents left behind.

November 8 – The Hallmark Channel holiday movie Christmas with the Darlings will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Just before the holidays Jessica Lew (Katrina Law) is ending her tenure as the assistant to her wealthy boss to use her recently earned law degree within his company, but offers to help his charming, younger brother (Carlo Marks) as he looks after his orphaned nieces and nephew over Christmas.

November 8 – A Very Charming Christmas Town is the latest holiday movie set to debut on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: City girl and travel and lifestyle blogger, Aubrey Lang (Natalie Hall), goes to the little town of Solvang for her next holiday vlog piece after it’s voted Most Christmassy Town in the USA. She soon meets Sawyer Larsen (Jon Prescott), a local community coordinator and chocolate shop owner assigned to show her around the small town. At first, the unlikely pairing is at odds but soon start to fall for each other amidst the twinkling lights of the romantic little Danish village. Joe Lando (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman), Tracey Bregman (The Young and the Restless) and Jo Marie Payton (Family Matters) co-star.

November 8 – The holiday movie The Christmas Bow will debut at Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When an accident puts her music dreams on hold, a gifted violinist (Lucia Micarelli) reconnects with an old family friend (Michael Rady), who helps her heal and find love during the holidays.

November 8 – The UPtv holiday movie A Ring for Christmas will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Spoiled single girl Angie Moore (Liliana Tandon) gets cut off 25 days before Christmas. When she discovers the existence of a sizable trust fund that she will inherit once she gets married, Angie decides to find a man to marry – by Christmas. The cast includes Dean Geyer, Charles Hittinger and Lorraine Bracco.

November 8 – The season finale of Cobra will air on PBS at 10 PM

November 8 – The season premieres of NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans will air on CBS at 8:30 and 9:30 PM respectively

November 9 – The season finale of Soulmates will air on AMC at 10 PM

November 9 – The new HBO drama Industry will debut at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: The series gives an insider’s view of the blackbox of “high finance” through the eyes of an outsider, Harper Stern (Myha’la Herrold), a talented young woman from upstate New York.

November 10 – The 10-episode limited series A Teacher will debut on Hulu

Show Synopsis: The series examines the complexities and consequences of an illegal relationship between Claire Wilson (Kate Mara), a young teacher at a suburban Texas high school, and her student, Eric Walker (Nick Robinson). The cast includes Ashley Zukerman, Ciara Bravo, Shane Harper and Rya Kihlstedt.

November 10 – The new Netflix drama Dash & Lily will debut online today

Show Synopsis: A whirlwind Christmas romance builds as cynical Dash and optimistic Lily trade notes in a book they pass back and forth in locations around New York. The cast includes Austin Abrams, Midori Francis, Gideon Emery and James Saito.

November 11 – The season premieres of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. will all air back-to-back on NBC at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

November 11 – S.W.A.T. will air its two-hour season premiere on CBS at 9 PM

November 11 – The new Netflix 4-episode animated limited series The Liberator will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on true events, a diverse, dedicated, rough-and-tumble squad of soldiers spearheads the Allied invasion of Italy during World War II. The cast includes Bradley James (Merlin).

November 11 – The 54th Annual CMA Awards will air on ABC at 8 PM

November 12 – The season premiere of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit will air on NBC at 9 PM

November 12 – Station 19 will air its season premiere on ABC at 8 PM followed by the two-hour season premiere of Grey’s Anatomy at 9 PM [this will actually be a crossover event]

November 13 – The season premiere of The Blacklist will air on NBC at 8 PM

November 13 – The Nickelodeon series The Astronauts will debut at 7 PM

Show Synopsis: The series follows a group of kids who embark on the adventure of a lifetime when they are mistakenly launched into space. The spacecraft Odyssey II is set to launch on a mission to retrieve a foreign object that could potentially save mankind. The plan quickly goes awry when five untrained kids use their parents’ security clearances to sneak onto the empty ship. Soon after they board, the onboard AI system triggers the launch sequence. Unable to stop the ship from blasting off, the kids must assume their new role as astronauts and brave harrowing tasks, as their parents rush to find a way to take control of the situation. The kid astronauts will be played by Miya Cech, Bryce Gheisar, Keith L. Williams, Kayden Grace Swan and Ben Daon. The adult actors who are part of the cast include Bethany Brown, Erica Cerra, Ben Cotton, Ryan Robbins, Nathalie Boltt and Garfield Wilson.

November 13 – The new series Alex Rider, based on the popular book series, will debut on IMDBtv

Show Synopsis: Alex Rider (Otto Farrant) is a London based teenager who has unknowingly been trained since childhood for the dangerous world of espionage. Pressured to help investigate his uncle’s death, and how it connects to the assassination of two high-profile billionaires, Alex reluctantly assumes a new identity and goes undercover in a remote boarding school called Point Blanc. Isolated far above the snowline in the French Alps, Point Blanc claims to set the troubled teenage children of the ultra-rich back onto the right track. As Alex digs deeper, he discovers the students are in fact the subjects of a disturbing plan which Alex will have to risk his life to stop. The cast includes Andrew Buchan, Ronke Adekoluejo, Brenock O’Connor and Stephen Dillane.

November 13 – The Netflix movie Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: An imaginary world comes to life in a holiday tale of an eccentric toymaker (Forest Whitaker), his adventurous granddaughter (Madalen Mills) and a magical invention that has the power to change their lives forever. The cast includes Anika Noni Rose, Hugh Bonneville, Ricky Martin, Keegan-Michael Key and Phylicia Rashad.

November 13 – The Lifetime holiday movie Christmas on the Vine will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Brooke (Julianna Guill), a young marketing executive, goes back to her hometown excited to relive her Christmas memories, while helping a struggling family-owned winery. Her marketing assignment involves an unlikely partnership with Tyler (Jon Cor), the charismatic, yet stubborn owner of the winery. Brooke quickly learns that the town’s Christmas spirit has disappeared due to a wine conglomerate buying out all of the local wineries. Determined to bring Christmas back to the town, Brooke and Tyler work together and discover they share more than a love for wine. Meredith Baxter co-stars.

November 14 – The holiday movie Christmas on Wheels will debut on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Ashley (Tiya Sircar) returns to her small hometown to care for her uncle who recently broke his ankle. When she learns that he has sold her Mom’s vintage red convertible, a car that holds many wonderful Christmas memories for Ashley, she is disappointed. But with the help of Duncan (Michael Xavier), her uncle’s attorney, Ashley is reunited with the car and restores it to its former glory, and fills it up with gifts for the community – just as her mother used to do. As she reconnects with happy Christmas memories, she feels torn about her plans to return to the big city and what she may be leaving behind.

November 14 – Meet Me at Christmas is the latest holiday movie to debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When Joan’s (Catherine Bell) son’s wedding planner unexpectedly quits, she must coordinate his Christmas Eve wedding with the help of Beau (Mark Deklin), the bride’s uncle. As they work alongside each other they discover their fates and pasts are intertwined.

November 14 – The Hallmark Channel holiday movie Christmas in Vienna will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Jess (Sarah Drew), a concert violinist whose heart just isn’t in it anymore, goes to Vienna for a performance. While there, she finds the inspiration she has been missing, and a new love. Brennan Elliott co-stars.

November 15 – The season finale of The Good Lord Bird will air on Showtime at 9 PM

November 15 – The People’s Choice Awards will air at 9 PM on E!

November 15 – The 4th season of The Crown will premiere on Netflix

November 15 – The Hallmark Channel movie A Timeless Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Charles Whitley (Ryan Paevey) travels from 1903 to 2020 where he meets Megan Turner (Erin Cahill), a tour guide at his historic mansion, and experiences a 21st Century Christmas.

November 15 – The Christmas Doctor will debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A week before Christmas, Dr. Alicia Wright (Holly Robinson Peete) is offered an assignment away from home. A mysterious man (Adrian Holmes) from her past journeys to find her before Christmas and brings with him a revelation that could change Alicia’s life forever.

November 15 – The holiday movie The Christmas Edition will debut on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: It’s Christmas time and Jackie (Carly Hughes), an up-and- coming journalist, finds that her life is at a crossroads until she finds an unexpected opportunity – to run a small-town newspaper in Alaska. Jackie decides to give it a try and relocates to the small picture-perfect small town. Using a series of Christmas articles, she’s able to quickly return the newspaper to profitability, and soon falls in love… both with her new home and the handsome son (Rob Mayes) of the paper’s former owner. However, when her old boss announces plans to take over the paper for herself, Jackie will need a Christmas miracle to save it. Marie Osmond and Aloma Wright co-star.

November 15 – The UPtv holiday movie Mistletoe Magic will debut at 7 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When self-proclaimed “Christmas Grinch” Harper (Jessica Sipos) realized that she accidentally donated her family’s beloved magic mistletoe to a charity, she enlists the help of thrift store owner and old friend Luke (Stephen Huszar) to help her retrieve it. Can Luke convince Harper that perhaps the magic of Christmas is real and that true love does exist?

November 16 – The season premiere of All Rise will air on CBS at 9 PM followed by the season premiere of Bull at 10 PM

November 16 – The season premiere of His Dark Materials will air at 9 PM on HBO

November 17 – The new ABC drama Big Sky will debut at 10:01 PM

Show Synopsis: Private detectives Cassie Dewell and Cody Hoyt (Kyle Bunbury and Ryan Phillippe) join forces with his estranged wife and ex-cop, Jenny Hoyt (Katheryn Winnick), to search for two sisters (Natalie Alyn Lind and Jade Pettyjohn) who have been kidnapped by a truck driver on a remote highway in Montana. But when they discover that these are not the only girls who have disappeared in the area, they must race against the clock to stop the killer before another woman is taken. The cast includes John Carroll Lynch, Valerie Mahaffey, Dedee Pfeiffer, Brian Geraghty and Jesse James Keitel.

November 17 – The season premieres of NCIS, FBI and FBI: Most Wanted will all air on CBS at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively

November 18 – The new Hulu drama No Man’s Land will debut online today

Show Synopsis: The series dives into the depths of the Syrian civil war through the eyes of Antoine (Felix Moati), a young French man in search of his estranged, presumed to be dead sister. While unraveling the mystery, piece by piece, Antoine ends up joining forces with a unit of Kurdish female fighters, fierce women and ISIS’ biggest nightmare, and travels with them in ISIS occupied territory. Antoine’s journey crosses paths with adventurers and anarchists, spies and innocent victims, and provides a unique look at the tragic events in Syria, and the way they affect the entire world. The cast includes James Purefoy and Melanie Thierry.

November 18 – The second season premiere of For Life will debut on ABC at 10 PM

November 19 – The one-hour retrospective for Supernatural will air on The CW at 8 PM followed by the series finale of the long-running series at 9 PM

November 19 – Part 3 of the Passionflix movie Gabriel’s Inferno will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: This is the 3rd and final part of the made-for-TV movie version of the best-selling novel of the same name about Gabriel Emerson (Giulio Berruti), a brilliant and enigmatic professor of Dante studies at the University of Toronto and Julianne Mitchell (Melanie Zanetti), a compassionate, kind young woman still struggling to overcome a childhood of neglect and abuse, who captures Gabriel’s heart. Part 2 (which aired back in May) ended with Julianne receiving a phone call from her abusive ex-boyfriend Simon, and the conclusion finds Gabriel helping Julia to start the healing process, helping to overcome her past. Together, they will heal each other. This film finds them travelling from Toronto to Pennsylvania to Florence.

November 19 – The season finale of Gangs of London will air online on AMC+

November 19 – The season premiere of A Million Little Things will air on ABC at 10:01 PM

November 19 – The Netflix sequel movie The Princess Switch: Switched Again will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The story follows Margaret Delacourt, the Duchess of Montenaro, who suddenly inherits the throne to her home country of Montenaro. As her Christmas coronation approaches, she and Stacy switch places once again so Margaret can fix her relationship with Stacy’s friend Kevin. Unbeknownst to both women, a third look-alike, Margaret’s wicked cousin Lady Fiona, disguises herself as Margaret in a scheme to steal the throne. Vanessa Hudgens plays all three roles (Margaret, Stacy and Fiona) with Sam Palladio and Nick Sagar back as Prince Edward and Kevin respectively.

November 20 – The final episode of The Right Stuff will air online on Disney+ today

November 20 – The new Disney+ drama Marvel’s 616 will debut online today

Show Synopsis: The series explores Marvel’s rich legacy of pioneering characters, creators and storytelling to reflect the world outside your window. Each documentary, helmed by a unique filmmaker (like Gillian Jacobs, Alison Brie, Paul Scheer and Sarah Ramos), showcases the intersections of storytelling, pop culture, and fandom within the Marvel Universe. Episodes in this anthology series will cover topics including Marvel’s world- spanning artists, the trailblazing women of Marvel Comics, discovering the forgotten characters of Marvel and much more.

November 20 – The Lifetime holiday movie A Taste of Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When Natalie (Anni Krueger) learns her cousin Francesca (Nia Vardalos) must cancel the Christmas Eve opening of her new Italian restaurant, Natalie’s heart goes out to all of the guests who were planning on attending. Since no one should be alone on Christmas, Natalie decides to make the opening happen any way she can. However, the attractive but pessimistic Chef Stefano (Gilles Marini) believes it’s impossible – there are only three days until Christmas. But Natalie insists that problems are just opportunities in disguise and soon she convinces Stefano that they can do it. At first, these opposites do not attract, but feelings begin to change when they find themselves working side-by-side. With Stefano’s help Natalie learns that cooking, like Christmas, isn’t about perfection. It’s about sharing it with the ones you love.

November 20 – The box office thriller film Run will actually debut on Hulu online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: They say you can never escape a mother’s love… but for Chloe, that’s not a comfort – it’s a threat. There’s something unnatural, even sinister about the relationship between Chloe (newcomer Kiera Allen) and her mom, Diane (Sarah Paulson). Diane has raised her daughter in total isolation, controlling every move she’s made since birth, and there are secrets that Chloe’s only beginning to grasp. From the visionary writers, producers and director of the breakout film Searching, comes a suspense thriller that shows that when mom gets a little too close, you need to run.

November 21 – The Lifetime holiday movie Feliz NaviDAD will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: David Morales (Mario Lopez), an Arizona high school principal and single dad, has lost the holiday spirit after also losing his wife a few years ago during the Christmas season. Now, David will do anything to avoid Christmas so he moonlights as a delivery driver during the holidays. But this year David’s 14-year-old daughter, Noel (Paulina Chavez), and his live-in sister, Marissa (Marycarmen Lopez), are determined to bring the yuletide spirit back to the family and, with a little luck, also help David find love again via online dating. So when Sophie (AnnaLynne McCord), a witty musician and customer on David’s delivery route, swipes right on him, something magical happens between them.

November 21 – The holiday movie A Nashville Christmas Carol will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Vivienne Wake (Jessy Schram), a workaholic television producer in charge of a country music Christmas special showcasing newcomer Alexis (Raelynn), never lets personal feelings get in the way of business. On the verge of accepting a job in LA, and with the return of Gavin Chase (Wes Brown), her childhood sweetheart and manager to the special’s headliner, Belinda (country singer Sara Evans), she receives a visit from the ghost of her recently deceased mentor, Marilyn (country singer Wynonna Judd). Her mentor warns her current path leads to a dark future and has recruited both the Spirit of Christmas Past (country singer Kix Brooks) and the Spirit of Christmas Present (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) to help her get back on track. The Spirits’ time-jumping adventures force Vivienne to take hold of her life.

November 21 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries holiday film The Angel Tree will debut at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A writer (Jill Wagner) seeks the identity of the person who helps grant wishes that are placed upon the angel tree, and in the process, reconnects with her childhood friend (Lucas Bryant).

November 21 – The HBO special event Between the World and Me, based on the best-seller of the same name by Ta-Nehisi Coates, will debut at 8 PM [this special will also stream on HBO Max]

Special Event Synopsis: Originally adapted and staged by the Apollo Theater in 2018, the special will combine elements of that production, including powerful readings from the book and will also incorporate documentary footage from the actors’ home life, archival footage and animation. Among those featured in this special will be author Ta-Nehisi Coates as well as Angela Bassett, Courtney B. Vance, Joe Morton, Kendrick Sampson, Mahershala Ali, Oprah Winfrey, Phylicia Rashad, Wendell Pierce and Yara Shahidi [among many others].

November 22 – The Outpost will move to its new night (Sunday) today, airing on The CW at 9 PM

November 22 – The American Music Awards will air at 8 PM on ABC

November 22 – The finale of The Trouble with Maggie Cole will air on PBS at 8 PM followed by the finale of Roadkill at 9 PM

November 22 – The Lifetime holiday movie Homemade Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Every year, Megan (Michelle Argyris), an ambitious young woman uses the weeks leading up to Christmas to become the ultimate holiday freelance assistant for hire, helping with any Christmas related tasks for extra income. But when the opportunity arrives to save a Christmas party and dazzle her crush, she must choose between the man of her aspirations and Mr. Right. Travis Nelson co-stars.

November 22 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries holiday movie A Godwink Christmas: Second Chance, First Love will debut at 10 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: After 15 years, Pat (Sam Page) moves home from Hawaii with his two sons and through a series of coincidences, or Godwinks, ends up stuck in traffic next to his high school sweetheart, Margie (Brooke D’Orsay), at Christmas.

November 22 – The Christmas House is the latest holiday movie to debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Working through some difficult decisions, Mitchell family matriarch Phylis (Sharon Lawrence) and patriarch Bill (Treat Williams), have summoned their two grown sons – TV star, Mike Mitchell (Robert Buckley) and Brandon Mitchell (Jonathan Bennett) – home for the holidays. It is their hope that bringing the family together to recreate the Christmas house, will help them find resolution and make a memorable holiday for the entire family and community. As Brandon and his husband Jake (Brad Harder) make the trip home, they are anxiously awaiting a call about the adoption of their first child. Meanwhile, Mike reconnects with Andi (Ana Ayora), his high school sweetheart.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Emily Nichols (Paniz Zade), a successful business consultant, has missed every family gathering this year, so getting home for Christmas is very important to her. But when a series of mishaps – from delayed public transportation to diverted flights and broken-down trains and finally, a lost wallet – put her holiday plans in jeopardy, she’s forced to find a way home with a fellow road warrior, Simon Allein (Adrian Spencer). While Emily is more a Type A planner who hates disruptions and inconveniences, Simon is a go-with-the-flow type who sees the bright side to any misfortune. So, having to rely upon one another to get to their final destination tests their will, but also provides ample opportunity to get to know each other and, perhaps even, fall in love. The cast includes Suzanne Cyr and Andrew Bushell.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Regina Fuller (Christine Baranski), a wealthy and unpleasant woman, returns to her small hometown in the wake of her father’s death to evict everyone right before the holiday season. Following an encounter with an angel (Dolly Parton), a rekindling of an old romance and stories from the local community, she has a change of heart. The cast includes Jenifer Lewis, Treat Williams, Jeanine Mason and Josh Segarra. The film was directed and choreographed by Debbie Allen and will feature 14 original songs by Dolly (from her first holiday album release in 30 years).

November 22 – UPtv, for the 5th year in a row, will start its Thanksgiving marathon event, airing ALL 7 seasons of Gilmore Girls starting at 11 PM

NOTE: This marathon will run through November 30 at 3 AM. The four Gilmore Girls: Year in the Life movies will air back-to-back starting on November 29 at 11 AM.

November 23 – The FX limited series Black Narcissus will debut all 3 of its episodes starting at 8 PM [the full series will be available on FX on Hulu on November 24]

Show Synopsis: The 3-episode limited series is based on the best-selling novel by Rumer Godden and set in 1934 in Mopu in the Himalayas. A remote clifftop palace once known as the ‘House of Women’ holds many dark secrets. When the young nuns of St. Faith attempt to establish a mission there, its haunting mysteries awaken forbidden desires that seem destined to repeat a terrible tragedy. During the latter years of British rule in India, ambitious young nun Sister Clodagh (Gemma Arterton) heads a mission to a remote part of the Himalayas. The palace of Mopu has been donated by General Toda Rai, who hopes the Sisters of St. Faith will rid the ‘House of Women’ of unhappy memories connected to his late sister, Srimati. Although Clodagh ignores the warnings of the General’s raffish agent Mr. Dean, isolation and illness soon take their toll, with the haunting atmosphere of the palace particularly affecting volatile Sister Ruth. As past and present collide, the arrival of the young General Dilip Rai is the catalyst for an explosion of repressed desires that may end in a fatal confrontation. The ensemble cast includes the late, great Diana Rigg and Jim Broadbent.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Career-driven Sam (Vanessa Lengies) returns to her hometown for the holidays where she comes face-to-face with her high school boyfriend, Noah (Corey Sevier). Together they rediscover what matters most in life.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Erin (Rochelle Aytes) is planning the town’s Christmas celebration and must win over firefighter Kevin (Mark Taylor) in order to obtain the beautiful spruce tree from his property for the celebration.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Two competing TV hosts (Alison Sweeney and Marc Blucas) are sent to a festive small town over Christmas. While pretending to get along for the sake of appearances, they discover that there’s more to each other than they thought.

November 25 – The box office holiday rom-com Happiest Season will debut online instead at Hulu today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Meeting your girlfriend’s family for the first time can be tough. Planning to propose at her family’s annual Christmas dinner — until you realize that they don’t even know she’s gay — is even harder. When Abby (Kristen Stewart) learns that Harper (Mackenzie Davis) has kept their relationship a secret from her family, she begins to question the girlfriend she thought she knew. Actress Clea DuVall directed and co-wrote the film with Mary Holland, who also has a supporting role in the film. The ensemble cast also includes Aubrey Plaza, Alison Brie, Jake McDorman, Mary Steenburgen, Dan Levy, Victor Garber, Michelle Buteau, Ana Gasteyer and Sarayu Blue.

November 25 – The sequel movie The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two will debut online on Netflix today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: It’s been two years since siblings Kate (Darby Camp) and Teddy Pierce (Judah Lewis) saved Christmas, and a lot has changed. Kate, now a cynical teenager, is reluctantly spending Christmas in Cancun with her mom’s new boyfriend and his son Jack (Jahzir Bruno). Unwilling to accept this new version of her family, Kate decides to run away. But when a mysterious, magical troublemaker named Belsnickel threatens to destroy the North Pole and end Christmas for good, Kate and Jack are unexpectedly pulled into a new adventure with Santa Claus (Kurt Russell). Goldie Hawn, of course, returns as Mrs. Claus.

November 25 – The movie Uncle Frank will debut online on Amazon Prime today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Set in 1973 the film follows teenager Beth Bledsoe (Sophia Lillis) as she leaves her rural Southern hometown to study at New York University where her beloved Uncle Frank (Paul Bettany) is a revered literature professor. The film also stars Peter Macdissi, Steve Zahn, Judy Greer, Margo Martindale, Lois Smith and Stephen Root.

November 26 – The new 8-episode dark comedic thriller series The Flight Attendant will debut on HBO Max today [two episodes will air each on December 3 and December 10 with the finale set to air on December 17]

Show Synopsis: A flight attendant (Kaley Cuoco) wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man (Michiel Huisman) – and no idea what happened. The cast includes Bebe Neuwirth, Merle Dandridge, Michelle Gomez, Colin Woodell, Nolan Gerard Funk, Rosie Perez, T.R. Knight and Zosia Mamet.

November 26 – The holiday movie Christmas by Starlight will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When her family’s beloved eatery, The Starlight Café, is slated for demolition, Annie (Kimberley Sustad) vows to put a stop to it before Christmas. Paul Campbell also stars.

November 27 – The Lifetime holiday movie Dear Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Natalie Morgan (Melissa Joan Hart) is the host of a popular podcast, Holiday Love, which shares true stories of holiday romance with its listeners. While to the outside world and her listeners everywhere see Natalie is an expert on romance, she’s never truly experienced a romance of her own. As Natalie prepares to embark on a promotional tour for her new book, she stops back home to spend Christmas with her family where she unexpectedly begins to experience her own holiday romance as sparks ignite with local firefighter, Jack (Jason Priestley). Ed Begley Jr., Nicky Whelan and Robin Givens also star.

November 27 – The Hallmark Channel holiday movie Five Star Christmas will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a travel writer shows up unexpectedly at their dad’s B&B, the Ralston family all pretend to be guests in hopes of a good review. Lucy Ralston (Bethany Joy Lenz) falls for guest Jake (Victor Webster), but can’t share her secret.

November 27 – The latest box office adaptation of Black Beauty will debut on Disney+ today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on the beloved novel of the same name from 1877, a wild horse and a teenage girl (Mackenzie Foy) forge an unbreakable bond which keeps them connected for a lifetime. The cast includes Kate Winslet, Claire Forlani and Iain Glen.

November 27 – The second season of Virgin River will premiere on Netflix online today

November 28 – The holiday movie Merry Liddle Christmas Wedding will debut on Lifetime at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The sequel will follow Jacquie Liddle (Kelly Rowland), as she and Tyler (Thomas Cadrot) try to plan their perfect destination Christmas wedding. Naturally, Jacquie’s plans go awry when her boisterous family intervenes in her planning and her snooty wedding planner quits in protest. While nothing goes as initially planned, Jacquie and Tyler get a Christmas wedding more memorable than they could have ever dreamed. MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Amelia Lewis (Vanessa Lachey) is super excited when she buys an available storefront, planning to open a year-round Christmas shop. But her celebration comes to a screeching halt when she discovers that Vic Manning (Ryan McPartlin) has also bid on the property. Amelia and Vic have the same idea, get to the seller – Elder Dubois (Patrick Duffy) in the next town – and convince him to sell his space to them. Despite the holidays, Elder is down in the dumps. It’s the first Christmas without his wife, and he’s in no mood to chair the decoration committee for the “Battle of the Main Street” yearly holiday competition with the neighboring town. Hoping to win favor with Elder, Amelia and Vic volunteer to take over his duties. After continually bickering and trying to one-up each other, the two combatants learn to work together and even get the merchants on Main Street to put aside their differences for the greater good. Everyone, including Amelia and Vic, realize that compromise is the key that leads to a happy – and romantic – ending.

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A Manhattan ad agency boss, John Holiday (John Schneider), entrusts Lauren (Paige Bach) to deliver the big pre-holiday client pitch, but only winds up annoying her when she’s teamed up with a European consultant. To Lauren’s surprise, this consultant turns out to be the handsome Prince Edward of Candashire (James Nitti), masquerading as his consultant pal to escape his royal duties for an incognito American Christmas.

November 30 – The Lifetime holiday movie The Christmas Listing will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Julia Rogers (Lexi Giovagnoli) is an uptight, hardworking realty owner who has lost her Christmas spirit. She will have to spend five days at a Christmas Inn with her business competitor, Chad Everest (Travis Burns), in order to win over the badly needed listing of the Erickson Farmstead. While competing to win the listing, Julia and Chad discover that they have more in common than they thought. Greg Evigan co-stars.
