Paley Fest 2020 Virtually

The annual Paley Fest that was supposed to take place back in March was, of course, postponed because of the global pandemic; but the event will still take place this year: just virtually.

The First Virtual PaleyFest will be available to Paley members and Citi Card members as of 9 AM (Pacific time) on August 7 and to the general public on August 10 at 9 AM (Pacific time) via YouTube. You can head over to the official YouTube page for the Paley Center for Media here.

The panels that will be featured for this year’s altered, virtual event include:

Dolly Parton & Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings (Netflix) – that will feature Kathleen Turner and Ginnifer Goodwin

Mrs. America (Hulu) – that will feature cast members Cate Blanchett, Rose Byrne, Uzo Aduba, Sarah Paulson, Margo Martindale, Ari Graynor and John Slattery as well as creative minds Dahvi Waller, Stacey Sher, Ryan Fleck and Coco Francini.

Outlander (Starz) – that will feature cast members Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin along with author Diana Gabaldon and creative minds Maril Davis and Matthew B. Roberts.

One Day At A Time (Netflix and now Pop) – that will feature cast members Justina Machado, Rita Moreno, Isabella Gomez, Marcel Ruiz, Todd Grinnell, Stephen Tobolowsky, India de Beaufort, Sheridan Pierce, Ed Quinn and Raquel Justice as well as creative minds Mike Royce, Brent Miller and Gloria Calderon Kellett.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon Prime) – that will include cast members Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, Tony Shalhoub, Marin Hinkle, Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak, Caroline Aaron, Jane Lynch, Luke Kirby, LeRoy McClain and Stephanie Hsu as well as creative minds Amy Sherman Palladino and Daniel Palladino.

Ozark (Netflix) – that will feature cast members Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner, Janet McTeer and Tom Pelphrey as well as executive producer Chris Mundy.

There will also be panels for the following: Justin Bieber: Seasons, Queer Eye and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

A special virtual panel with the cast of Schitt’s Creek – including Dan Levy, Eugene Levy, Catherine O’Hara, Annie Murphy – will be made available ONLY to Paley members and Citi Card members. If you are one of these members, a direct link will be sent to you.
