STUPID
Cay: Initially, I would have said that it was Kate trusting Alice, but it turns out that worked out very nicely! So, I guess it was Alice thinking she could trust Kate.
Lisa: I agree 100%! The whole time I was watching, I was thinking it was such a stupid idea for Kate to team up with Alice. I should have had more faith that Kate had a plan.
AWESOME
Lisa: Kate busting in Arkham in the rabbit mask kicking everybody’s ass! Man I love her actions scenes and this one did not disappoint. Then Kate putting Alice with Mouse was a little tough (seeing Kate’s reaction to it). It was awesome how he and her father worked together to put Alice away.
Cay: While it was sad and will result in more stress for Luke, I really liked the scene where he found out that the man imprisoned for his father’s murder didn’t do it and about how proud his Dad was about him. Of course, because it’s Gotham, this realization wasn’t going to last long. I also really loved that Mary showed up in court to support Luke.
Oh, and of course Kate finally catching Alice and putting her where she is supposed to be!
SO SO
Cay: Kate’s ex dropping in to save Sophie was…convenient. Not sure what the purpose was overall.
Lisa: Yeah, what was up with that? At one point I thought they were going to hook up. I will say I was surprised when she said Luke’s father was her Godfather. Maybe we will be seeing more of her in the future.
YOUR THOUGHTS
Lisa: I love the friendship between Luke and Mary and I enjoyed learning more about his past, even though it was sad. I hope we see more of their friendship. Hopefully Kate will trust her and she can really be on Batwoman’s team.
Cay: I’m excited for where the storyline goes from here with no Alice, no Mouse, and especially no one wearing anyone else’s face!
Batwoman airs Sunday nights at 8pm/7c on The CW and is available on the CW App the next day.
