Comic-Con 2019: EP Eric Wallace talks The Flash Season 6

By  |

We sat down with the cast and showrunner of The Flash at Comic-Con 2019 to talk about where we left the residents of Central City at the end of last season and get the scoop on the new season.

Eric Wallace takes over as showrunner for season 6, after writing several episodes in past seasons. It will be a season of “thrills and chills”, he promised.

He teased the upcoming “Crisis” crossover which divides the season into three parts – pre, Crisis, and post. Leading up to Crisis, the villains’ agenda will “burn hotter” as they have less time to get there. Crisis will have 5 episodes – one each for Flash, Supergirl, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and the Arrowverse’s newest show, Batwoman. No rules apply now that the timeline got moved up to 2019 – anything could happen!

The Flash returns Tuesday, October 8 at 8/7c on the CW.
