A Nice Girls Guide to the Perfect Date

By  |

In honor of one of our favorite Nice Boys coming out with a new Netflix movie we thought we would share our idea of a perfect date with Noah Centineo.

The Perfect Date staring Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before) and Camila Mendes (Riverdale) centers on a high school teen Brooks Rattigan (Noah Centineo). He creates an app in which he offers his services as a fake date or to stand in as a boyfriend when needed. But when real feelings emerge, things start to take a complicated turn.

You can watch The Perfect Date on Netflix now. In case you are one of the many many many of us that are planning on watching The Perfect Date more than once be sure to check out our ideas for the perfect date between airings!

Ange: A late afternoon hike (I’m not talking an epic trek by the way – something not super challenging but has a great view) so that when we reach the highest point, we’d see the sun set with an awesome view. He’d then whip out a picnic blanket from his backpack along with some snacks and then we’d sit under the stars for an hour or two just talking. Realizing the time, we’d hike back down and end up eating proper food at a food truck, a lot more comfortable with each other trading stories and laughing before he drove me home.

Roz: Connecticut is always nice, but let me relive some college days with a trip into New York City to explore. I’m not sure if that means a trip through the Metropolitan Museum or going to The Strand or a show on Broadway (I still haven’t seen Hamilton) but let’s go on a day full of fun. I think ending on a nice dinner with some of my friends from town would also be a great end to the day.

Rueben: My ideal “date,” which is a bit of misnomer when it comes to me since I don’t date anymore [and haven’t in a VERY long time], so I’ll use the word outing instead. We’d hang out at a bookstore – whichever one is still open since there are so few functioning bookstores anymore – for a few hours, just enjoying looking at all great books then we’d go to the nearest movie theater to hit up whatever hit film is out at the time and then finish it off with a great meal at the Cheesecake Factory topped up with a fabulous dessert there.
