My 14 Choices for March TV

By  |

We are several months away from the end of the 2018-2019 TV season, but thankfully there is plenty of programming options for March TV, including new made-for-TV movies, new dramas that are debuting and dramas that will be coming back with new episodes.

Here are my top 14 choices for March TV:

Let’s Go To The Movies

Hallmark Channel is at it again, airing their latest Spring Fever movies throughout the month, including the following:

March 2 at 8 PM – Just Add Romance, starring Meghann Fahy and Luke Macfarlane.

March 9 at 8 PM – Love Under the Rainbow, starring David Haydn-Jones and Jodie Sweetin.

March 16 at 8 PM – Flip That Romance, starring Julie Gonzalo and Tyler Hynes.

March 23 at 8 PM – Love to the Rescue, starring Nikki DeLoach and Michael Rady.

March 30 at 8 PM – True Love Blooms [there are no official details on which Hallmark actors will be starring in this movie yet].

Time for a Comeback

The following shows, after taking a break, are coming back with new episodes and I can’t wait to see what happens next:

Blindspot on NBC on March 8 at 8 PM
Supernatural on The CW on March 14 at 8 PM
9-1-1 on FOX on March 18 at 9 PM
Jane the Virgin on The CW on March 27 at 9 PM

Closing Time

The following shows will be coming to an end throughout the month:

The Passage with a two-hour finale on FOX on March 11 at 8 PM.
Project Blue Book on the History Channel on March 12 at 10 PM.
Strike Back on Cinemax on March 29 at 10 PM.

Welcome to the Line-Up

The following are new shows that will debut in March:

March 18 – The new ABC drama The Fix will debut at 10 PM. This new legal drama focuses on Maya Travis (Robin Tunney), an L.A. district attorney who suffers a devastating defeat when prosecuting an A-list actor Sevvy Johnson (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) for double murder. With her high-profile career derailed, she flees for a quieter life in Washington. Eight years later when this same celebrity is under suspicion for another murder, Maya is lured back to the DA’s office for another chance at justice.

March 19 – The new NBC drama The Village will debut on NBC at 10:01 PM. The show focuses on an apartment building in Brooklyn that appears like any other from the outside but is quite unique inside. The people who reside here have built a bonded family of friends and neighbors.
