It’s Christmas Day!

I hope all of our readers are having a wonderful holiday with their friends and family. Please share your favorite traditions that you have shared with your loved ones today.

In other entertainment related news, the Paley Center for Media announced last week three of the TV shows that will be featured at the 2019 PaleyFest, which will be held from March 15 to March 24.

Those shows include:

Parks and Recreation Reunion
This Is Us
Pose

The full line-up for 36th Annual Paley Fest will official be announced on January 14 with tickets going to pre-sale to Citi Card members from January 15 to January 17 and on sale to the public on January 18.

You can learn more about the 2019 Paley Fest here.

Also on December 4, the documentary United We Fan was released on DVD/VOD. You can find it on iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, GooglePlay, Sony Playstation, and On Demand via your cable operator.

United We Fan is a documentary that focuses on super-fans who didn’t take the cancellation of their favorite TV series lying down. Whether it was Star Trek, Designing Women or Veronica Mars [among many others], meet fans who wrote letters, crowd-funded and fought to keep shows on the air.

You can check out the documentary’s trailer below:

NOTE: Pay close attention as you’ll see a couple familiar faces from the NiceGirlsTV staff featured in the documentary; and I have to share that I was a member of Viewers for Quality Television (VQT) – albeit during the last four years of its existence – and a friend of mine is featured in the video since she was a long-time member of VQT.

Have a wonderful and safe Christmas everyone!!
