The following list provides the dates of the new dramas that will air on streaming services as well as the major and cable networks and the made-for-TV movies and more that will all air during August:

August 1 – The series finale of The Originals will air on The CW at 9 PM

August 1 – The season premiere of the anthology series The Sinner will air on the USA Network at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: This season will follow Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) who returns to his hometown in rural New York to assess an unsettling and heart wrenching crime — parents murdered by their 11-year-old son (Elisha Henig), with no apparent motive. As Ambrose realizes there’s nothing ordinary about the boy or where he came from, the investigation pulls him into the hidden darkness of his hometown. He’s pitted against those who’ll stop at nothing to protect its secrets — and the mysterious Vera (Carrie Coon) who proves to be a complicated, enigmatic piece to this haunting puzzle.

August 2 – Freeform will air the season finale of the new series Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger at 8 PM

August 3 – The series finale of Quantico will air at 8 PM on ABC

August 3 – The Netflix feature film Like Father will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars and The Good Place) is left at the altar and ends up going on her honeymoon cruise with her estranged father (Kelsey Grammer) and meeting a nice guy along the way (Seth Rogen).

August 4 – The Hallmark Channel original movie A Summer to Remember will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Jessica Tucker (Catherine Bell from Good Witch), a widow and successful doctor, is trying to juggle work and family when she learns she’s up for the top job at the hospital. For a well-deserved vacation, Jessica books a stay at a resort in Fiji so she and her daughter can disconnect and bond. During her stay, Jessica strikes up a friendship with Will (soap star Cameron Mathison), the charming owner of the resort. As Jessica and Will spend more time together, she begins to relax and starts to wonder if this island paradise can give her the life – and love – she’s always hoped for.

August 5 – Chesapeake Shores will return for the start of its third season on the Hallmark Channel at 9 PM

August 5 – The EPIX spy drama Deep State will air its season finale at 9 PM

August 5 – The new HBO drama Succession will air its 70-minute season finale at 10 PM

August 5 – The series finale of The Tunnel: Vengeance will air on PBS at 10:30 PM

August 5 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries new movie Garage Sale Mystery: The Pandora’s Box Murders will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Garage sale guru and amateur sleuth Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin from When Calls the Heart) agrees to appear on a new reality TV series. During the show she comes in contact with a mysterious puzzle box, in which the box’s now-deceased creator may have placed the clue to her killer. When the dead woman’s daughter-in-law is found dead just a few days later, Jennifer’s curiosity once again places her in harm’s way as she embarks on her own unorthodox investigation of the murders. Returning cast members include Sarah Strange and Steve Bacic.

August 6 – The season premiere of the 4th season of Better Call Saul will air on AMC at 9 PM followed by the series premiere of Lodge 49 at 10 PM

Show Synopsis (Lodge 49): The series is set in Long Beach, California, focusing on a disarmingly optimistic local ex-surfer, Sean “Dud” Dudley (Wyatt Russell from 22 Jump Street), who’s drifting after the death of his father and collapse of the family business. Dud serendipitously finds himself on the doorstep of a rundown fraternal lodge, where a middle-aged plumbing salesman and “Luminous Knight” of the order, Ernie Fontaine (Brent Jennings from Moneyball and Witness), welcomes him into a world of cheap beer, easy camaraderie and the promise of Alchemical mysteries that may – or may not – put Dud on the path to recover the idyllic life he’s lost. The cast includes Linda Emond (Madam Secretary and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit), Hayden Szeto (The Edge of Seventeen) and Eric Allan Kramer (Good Luck Charlie) [among others].

August 7 – The season finale of The 100 will air at 8 PM on The CW

August 7 – The Bold Type will air its season finale on Freeform at 8 PM

August 7 – The new 10-episode WGN America drama Carter will debut at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: This lighthearted detective comedy revolves around Harley Mackay (Jerry O’Connell from Slider and Billions), an actor playing a detective on a hit television show until he is forced to retreat to his sleepy hometown after an embarrassing public meltdown in Hollywood. Now that he’s back, he taps into his acting experience to become a real-life detective, partnering with his two best friends, Sam Shaw (Sydney Poitier Heartsong from Chicago P.D. and Veronica Mars) and Dave Leigh (Kristian Bruun from Orphan Black).

August 8 – The season finale of Reverie will air on NBC at 10 PM

August 10 – The Netflix feature film The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society will debut online today

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A writer forms an unexpected bond with the residents of Guernsey Island in the aftermath of World War II, when she decides to write a book about their experiences during the war. The film stars Lily James (Downton Abbey and Cinderella) Glen Powell (Hidden Figures), Matthew Goode (Downton Abbey and The Crown), Penelope Wilton (Downton Abbey and Pride & Prejudice), Jessica Brown Findlay (Harlots and Downton Abbey) and Michiel Huisman (Game of Thrones and Nashville).

August 10 – A new version of the film Freaky Friday will debut on Disney at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Cozi Zuehlsdorff (Dolphin Tale) and Heidi Blickenstaff (Broadway star of The Little Mermaid and the stage production of Freaky Friday) star in this music-driven, body-swap comedy about a mother and daughter who, strangely, spend a day in each other’s shoes.

August 11 – Love at Sea is the new Hallmark Channel movie that will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Real-life husband and wife Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega star in this movie about event planner Olivia who gets a game-changing opportunity to organize a major event on a luxury Caribbean cruise, hosted by her best friend, cooking and wellness star, Alexandra. She then meets her match in the charming Tony, who is on a trial run as Cruise Director, but they must work together to make the cruise go off without a hitch, for the sake of their careers and friendships.

August 12 – The summer premiere of Fear the Walking Dead will air on AMC at 9 PM

August 12 – Garage Sale Mystery: The Mask Murder is the latest Hallmark Movies & Mysteries made-for-TV movie to debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Garage sale guru Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin) discovers a dead body in the storage locker she and business partner Dani (Sarah Strange) have purchased at auction. When further inspection of the locker’s contents reveals plaster “death masks,” and one of those masks perfectly matches the dead woman’s visage, Jennifer’s “inner sleuth” kicks into overdrive as she works to piece together the clues that will lead to the killer.

August 14 – The mid-season premiere of The Haves and the Have Nots will air on OWN at 9 PM

August 15 – The Audience TV series (exclusively on DirecTV) Condor will air its season finale at 10 PM

August 16 – The CBS All Access drama Strange Angel will air its season finale today

August 18 – The Hallmark Channel movie Pearl in Paradise will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Alex Anderson (Jill Wagner), a photographer for a travel magazine, and Colin Page (Kristoffer Polaha), a best-selling author, team up to find an elusive Fijian “pearl.” As both of their careers hang in the balance, their treasure hunt in a Fijian valley might lead them to find the only treasure that really matters.

August 19 – The Affair will air its season finale on Showtime at 9 PM

August 19 – The new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Garage Sale Mystery: Picture a Murder will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: After taking a vintage camera collection on consignment following the death of a local collector, garage sale guru and amateur sleuth Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin) becomes involved in the search for a killer when an undeveloped photo in one of the cameras leads her to believe that the man might have died from very unnatural causes. Sarah Strange and Steve Bacic.

August 19 – The series finale of the NBC drama Shades of Blue will air at 10 PM

August 20 – The third and final season of X Company will begin on Ovation at 10 PM

August 22 – The season finale of the Hulu streaming series Harlots will air today online

August 22 – The season premiere of Mr. Mercedes will air on the Audience Network (exclusively on DirecTV) at 10 PM

August 22 – Yellowstone will air its season finale on the Paramount Network at 10 PM

August 24 – The new Netflix 8-episode series The Innocents will debut online today

Show Synopsis: When teenagers Harry (Percelle Ascott) and June (Sorcha Groundsell) run away from their repressive family lives to be together, they are thrown into an extraordinary journey of self-discovery that derails their innocent dream. Secrets kept from them by their respective parents test their love to breaking point; and the extraordinary gift they possess unleashes powerful forces intent on dividing them forever. Guy Pearce (L.A. Confidential and Memento) also stars.

August 25 – The Hallmark Channel movie Season for Love will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a talented chef (Autumn Reeser) returns to her Texas hometown, she winds up entering the town’s famous BBQ cookoff. She gets more than she bargained for when the surprise judge (Marc Blucas) turns out to be her high school love.

August 26 – Private Eyes will air its season finale on ION at 9 PM

August 26 – The season finale of Sharp Objects will air on HBO at 9 PM

August 26 – The season finale of Preacher will air at 10 PM on AMC

August 26 – The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Garage Sale Mystery: Murder in D Minor will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a local art collector dies and his expansive collection is auctioned off, garage sale guru and amateur sleuth Jennifer Shannon (Lori Loughlin) and business partner Dani (Sarah Strange) purchase a rare piece. However, when the provenance of the entire collection comes into question, and Jenn determines that the man may have a secret stash of ill-gotten treasures hidden away, she finds herself investigating a pre-meditated murder.

August 28 – Younger will air its season finale on TV Land at 10 PM

August 28 – Greenleaf will air its season premiere on OWN on a special night at 10 PM

NOTE: The show will then move to its regular night and time on Tuesday nights at 10 PM tomorrow.

August 30 – The season finale of the Paramount Network half-hour dramedy American Woman will air at 10 PM

August 31 – The second season of the Netflix drama Ozark will premiere online today

August 31 – The new Amazon drama Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan will debut online today

Show Synopsis: Up-and-coming CIA analyst, Jack Ryan (John Krasinski from The Office), is thrust into a dangerous field assignment as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous gambit. The cast includes Wendell Pierce (Suits) and Abbie Cornish (Geostorm and Klondike).
