TIMELESS Recap: The War to End All Wars

TIMELESS IS BACK! The episode did a nice, “remember what happened last year” segment and then picked up right where they left off. In case you don’t remember (because it has actually been a year) here we go…

Lucy: She went home to pick up some things on her way to time travel to “get” her sister. Only at home her mother stopped her and told her she was also Rittenhouse. Lucy is a legacy on both sides of the family. Bad. All bad.
Wyatt: Had a nice little moment with Lucy. He wasn’t ready to not see her all of the time and he is ready to go help her with her sister.
Rufus: Ready and waiting at the time machine for Lucy to get there. He and Jiya are a cute couple…finally!
Jiya: She has visions and headaches that may predict the future.

Leah’s take on the premiere
The Good:
Lucy and Wyatt are closer than ever to being a couple. Their chemistry is amazing. Rufus is still the best part of every scene he is in. His comedic timing is impeccable.
The show managed to cut out some things I could do with out, but leave the main great parts of the show intact. Bravo!
The Bad:
To be honest I don’t have any bad things to say right now. There is always something I could nitpick, but I was really pleased with the way the episode started off with a bang (literally) and just sped right along, laying out all new bad guys and relationships and realities.

Roz’s take on the premiere
The Good:
Hey the show’s back! Well, that goes without saying, but it was good for some crazy time traveling adventures again. That said, hey Madame Curie! I love that we saw some awesome women in Women’s History Month, especially one who has had such a long-last effect on all of us.

The Bad:
I wasn’t always sold on Wyatt and Lucy so that almost kiss sort of got to me, but then we had the reveal of Lucy’s grandfather and I wanted to scream. How is her family so full of off the wall ideas?
