2018 Holiday TV Guide
It’s the most wonderful time of the year – holiday movie time! Between Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, Freeform, Lifetime, Netflix, and UPtv, get ready for non-stop Christmas cheer!
Beginning October 27, The Hallmark Channel airs holiday movies all day and all night, with 22 new holiday movies premiering this year as part of their “Countdown to Christmas” festivities. On top of that, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will debut 15 new holiday movies as part of its “Miracle of Christmas” event.
We’re also getting 14 new holiday movies from Lifetime (featuring cast reunions from One Tree Hill and The Cosby Show), seven from UPtv, three from Freeform, and four original holiday movies from Netflix, including a sequel to last year’s surprise hit, The Christmas Prince.
We’ve created a handy round-up of 2018’s holiday movies for you below, plus we’ll be reviewing as many of them as we can in between decking our halls and baking holiday treats. (Note: some of these movies are currently in production, so premiere dates may change.)

Christmas at Pemberley Manor

To keep her Aunt focused on healing, Joy volunteers to take Ruby’s place with the town’s legendary baking competition, the “Cookie Crawl.” Joy initially refuses Ben’s attempts to “co-captain,” but begins to soften and let him in, all the while remembering that there truly is no place like home. Reconnected by Evergreen restaurant owner Carol (Niven), Lisa and Kevin work together to restore a general store they used to visit as children. Sparks fly between them and they quickly find themselves contemplating permanent moves to Evergreen. Evergreen’s Christmas magic, which brought town veterinarian Allie (Williams) love the year before, not only inspires love for Lisa and Kevin, but also connects the kindhearted Michelle (Peete) with a single dad visiting his son for the holidays. While romance blossoms for the two couples, the town comes together to try to grant a Christmas wish written in a letter to Santa years ago. “Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa” is the second movie installment of holiday stories based on the collection of fine art by Hallmark Cards’ master artist and illustrator, Geoff Greenleaf.
