The Gifted is Fox’s attempt at joining ABC and Netflix with a Marvel TV show. Part of the X-Men universe, The Gifted follows a suburban couple’s lives as they are rocked by the discovery that their children possess mutant powers, forcing the family to go on the lam from a hostile government and seek help from an underground network of mutants.
Staring Stephen Moyer (True Blood) and Amy Acker (Person of Interest) The Gifted premieres tonight, Monday October 2nd on Fox.
