VIDEO! VIKINGS Gives Ragnar Lothbrok a fiery farewell fit for a king!

Immediately following the always entertaining Vikings panel at San Diego Comic Con fans were given the opportunity to mourn the death of Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) in true Scandinavian style.

Show creator Michael Hirst along with cast members Katheryn Winnick, Gustaf Skarsgard, Alexander Ludwig and Alex Høgh Andersen attended the waterfront ceremony at the  Embarcadero Marina Park South directly behind the convention center.  After one final prayer of farewell the funeral concluded with a waterfront ceremony beginning at 7 p.m. featuring a floating 45-foot replica Viking long-ship with pyrotechnic display.
