The following list provides the dates of the returning cable network dramas as well as new cable network and streaming dramas as well as made-for-TV movies that will air during July:

July 1 – Killjoys and Dark Matter will both return to Syfy for their second seasons at 9 and 10 PM respectively

July 1 – The second season of the Netflix drama Marco Polo will debut online

July 6 – The third season of the FX drama Tyrant will premiere at 10 PM

July 10 – The new 8-episode HBO limited series The Night Of will debut at 9 PM

Show Synopsis: The limited series will delve into the intricacies of a complex New York City murder case with cultural and political overtones, examining the police investigation, the legal proceedings, the criminal justice system and the feral purgatory of Rikers Island, where the accused await trial for felony crimes. The cast includes John Turturro (O Brother, Where Art Thou), Paulo Costanzo (Royal Pains), Sofia Black-D’Elia (The Messengers) and Glenne Headly (The Joneses).

July 13 – Suits and Mr. Robot will both return with new seasons on the USA Network at 9 and 10 PM respectively

July 13 – The new 6-episode drama The A Word will debut on SundanceTV at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: The series follows 5-year-old Joe (Max Vento); Joe’s parents, Paul (Lee Ingleby) and Alison (Morven Christie from Grantchester), who struggle with parenting philosophies; his aunt and uncle, Nicola (Vinette Robinson from Sherlock) and Steve (Greg McHugh), who are working through unfaithfulness in their marriage; and his grandfather, Maurice (Chris Eccleston from Doctor Who), a recent widower and the owner of the family brewery.

July 15 – The new Netflix drama Stranger Things will debut online

Show Synopsis: The 8-episode drama focuses on a young boy who vanishes into thin air and how friends, family, and local police search for answers. They are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top secret experiments, terrifying supernatural forces, and one very strange little girl. The cast includes Winona Ryder, David Harbour (Suicide Squad) and Matthew Modine (Proof).

July 16 – The Hallmark Channel Christmas in July movie A Perfect Christmas will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: The made-for-TV movie follows a newlywed couple celebrating their first Christmas together. They invite their families to join them for the holidays, but when Steve (Dillon Casey from Nikita and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) is laid off just before Christmas and Cynthia (Susie Abromeit from Marvel’s Jessica Jones) discovers she’s pregnant, they both keep their news secret in hopes that the celebration runs smoothly.

July 17 – The new season of the Starz drama Power will premiere at 9 PM

July 18 – The new 8-episode History Channel drama Six debuts at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: The series follows Navy SEAL Team Six, the best of the best, whose 2014 mission to eliminate a Taliban leader in Afghanistan goes awry when they uncover a U.S. citizen working as a jihadist fighter with the terrorists. The cast includes Juan Pablo Raba (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Dominic Adams (Devious Maids), Barry Sloane (Revenge), Edwin Hodge (Chicago Fire), Kyle Schmid (Copper), Walter Goggins (Justified), Nadine Velazquez (Major Crimes) and Brianne Davis (Murder in the First).

July 23 – The new Hallmark Channel movie Summer Villa will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A romance novelist with writer’s block and a celebrity chef suffering from a bad review accidentally end up staying at the same French villa for the summer. As they attempt to share the house and mend their personal lives, they find that what they’re really missing is more of a personal matter. Stars Hilarie Burton (One Tree Hill) and Victor Webster (Continumm).

July 24 – The new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries made-for-TV movie Signed Sealed Delivered: One in a Million will debut at 9 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Oliver (Eris Mabius) and Shane (Kristin Booth) explore their budding romance at a supper club where they meet a woman who’s reeling from a sudden breakup with her boyfriend and asks the POstables to retrieve the valuable letter she just mailed him. The movie also includes Crystal Lowe, Geoff Gustafson and Gregory Harrison.

July 28 – The new season of Ripper Street will premiere on BBC America at 10 PM

July 30 – The Hallmark Channel movie For Love and Honor will debut at 8 PM

MOVIE SYNOPSIS: When a by-the-book army veteran takes over as commandant at an ailing military academy, he instantly squares off with the school’s free-thinking new Dean of Academics. But when they are forced to work together to help save the school–or risk closure–sparks fly, romance blooms and lives change as they attempt to save the town’s longtime centerpiece. Stars James Denton (Good Witch), Natalie Brown (The Strain) and Rebecca Liddiard (Houdini and Doyle).
