LOST GIRL Returns

By  |

Lost Girl Season 5

This Friday, April 17, the popular Canadian series Lost Girl will return to TV here in the United States on Syfy at 10 PM.

As fans of the show will remember from the climatic season four finale, Bo (series lead Anna Silk) is reeling from the lose of her best friend and pseudo-little sister Kenzi (former series regular Ksenia Solo), who sacrificed herself to the underworld to stop the ultimate evil from taking over the world.

With the opening of the fifth and final season of the show, Bo is determined to do the impossible: drag Kenzi out of the underworld. You see Bo is convinced her elusive and undeniably evil father is responsible for luring Kenzi to her death; and she’ll stop at nothing until she succeeds. But in the world of the Fae, nothing is ever as it seems — and the after-life is no exception.

The cast for the final season of Lost Girl will include returning cast members Kris Holden-Ried as shape-shifter Dyson, Zoie Palmer as human doctor Lauren, Rick Howland as Bo’s ancient and secretive grandfather Trick and Rachel Skarsten as Valkyrie warrior Tamsin. Also returning in their fan favorite roles are Paul Amos as Vex and Emmanuelle Vaugier as The Morrigan.

It should also be noted that Charisma Carpenter (of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel fame) will appear in the final season as well.

Also, be on the look out for coverage of a special conversation that NiceGirlsTV had with Anna Silk and Zoie Palmer very soon.

Lost Girl will be back on Syfy on Friday, April 17 at 10/9c.
