MANHATTAN: “The Prisoner’s Dilemma” Synopsis and Photos
Following on the success of WGN America’s Salem, the network premiered a new hour-long drama last week, Manhattan. The show follows families who moved to the New Mexico desert to help develop the first nuclear weapons. But in moving there, all the men are forced to keep the secrets of their work from everyone else in their families.
Synposis
“The Prisoner’s Dilemma” – A special shipment of the first sample of plutonium arrives at The Hill – one that could change everything. With the future of his team up in the air, Frank knows that having some of the precious material could make all the difference. As Frank desperately tries to keep his team alive, he learns that Liao has been detained by a covert outside party. Meanwhile, Liza helps Abby find creative ways to survive life on The Hill. As the wives grow closer, competition escalates between Frank and Charlie in the lab.
This all-new episode of “Manhattan” airs SUNDAY, AUGUST 3 (10:00 P.M. ET/ 9:00 P.M. CT).
