Introducing FINDING CARTER

By  |

The new MTV drama Finding Carter will debut on July 8 at 10 PM.

The series centers on Carter Stevens (Kathryn Prescott from Skins and Reign), a teenage girl who thinks she has the perfect life until one night after a police bust at a high school party she is told that the woman, Lori Stevens (Milena Govich from Rescue Me), who she believes to be her biological mother actually abducted her as a toddler.

Once reunited (so to speak) with her biological parents – police officer Elizabeth Wilson (Cynthia Watros from Lost) and David Wilson (Alexis Denisof from Angel and Grimm) – Carter learns her birth name was Linda and she has two siblings: Taylor (Anna Jacoby-Heron from the box office movie Contagion) and Grant (relative newcomer Zac Pullam). She also meets her grandparents Joan (Meredith Baxter from Family Ties) and Buddy (Robert Pine from CHiPS and father of actor Chris Pine).

Other recurring members of the cast include Eddie Matos (All My Children) as Kyle Medeiros and Alex Saxon (The Fosters) as Max.

Finding Carter will debut on MTV on July 8 at 10/9c.
