Movie nite at Juilia’s gets interrupted by Charles Lester who is mistaken as the dry cleaner.
“We have a problem.” Bishop has a hearing in the morning and lookie here! It’s in front of Judge Kluger. Can someone say awkward? The lawyers are vying for leverage and Will has a moment of inspiration in the form of Captain Underpants, Howard Lyman, who appears to save the day. Truly it is a miracle.

A kink still remains in the chain regarding the dates and it appears that the defense is hiding a Confidential Informant which they suspect may be someone at Florrick/Agos. This leaves Alicia with the arduous task of questioning her own employees. Her lunch is delayed with the judge which leads to his bruised ego.

The truth is always stranger than fiction and the real culprit turns out to be our goat video dweebs at the NSA! Wowzers!  Isn’t this a pickle? The case gets more complex when the DEA gets dropped from the NSA’s  good graces while Mr. Dubeck comes calling. These guys are like vultures scrabbling over a choice bit of meat.

Alan and Ms. Garbonza are at odds and she gets picked up on the street by  Nelson Dubeck with the Office of Public Integrity. After getting snubbed one too many times by Peter, she delivers the video into his welcoming care. Once in hand, Nelson shows up with an entourage at Julia’s office to garner her reaction. Julia feigns innocence.”You should be investigated. It changes you.”  This makes our investigator try all the harder. He does just that when his sights are turned on Will who is subpoenaed to appear before a Grand Jury on the whole ballot matter. Will’s resolve is holding firm now, but can it waver? His heart is broken. Will he reveal the truth? Next week is going to get even more interesting.

Observations:
• Again. I am bored with the Kalinda storyline which is a shame because I feel Archie Panjabi is an excellent actress.
• I adore the new storyline and return of our geeks at the NSA. Thank you!
• Dare I hope that Marilyn will soon be gone once her betrayal is revealed? Pretty, please? I do hope so.
