ARROW: Blood Rush Episode One Now Online!

Guys, I think the producers of Arrow might love me.

Not only was last night’s episode amazing (recap to come as soon as I can form proper sentences about SARA AND FELICITY INTERACTING AND BEING AWESOME), but Arrow now has an exclusive mini-series called Blood Rush (Presented by Bose). The first of six episodes aired during last night’s show. As far as I can tell, it’s going to revolve around Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and Roy Harper (Colton Haynes), with maybe a cameo from our favorite detective Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne). Here’s the first episode:

So it’s definitely a promotional thing with Bose, and I’m always a little leery about product placement combined with show characters* because the dialogue can get clunky. Here, I don’t mind because: a) I firmly believe that every time Felicity gets a new piece of technology, she talks about it to anybody that will listen (and yes, this includes Oliver on the Salmon Ladder), b) it’s more Felicity Smoak and Rickards has the art of uncontrollable logorrhea down perfectly, and c) most of Rickards’s Instagram is pictures of her and Haynes, tagged #Emton. So yes, super excited, and you should watch this with me and sound off in the comments so that I’m not in here screaming in mad glee alone!

* The exception being Chuck’s Ellie, Awesome, and Morgan roadtripping to Vancouver in a Honda because GIANT MOOSE and also extra Awesome shenanigans.
