THE GOOD WIFE: Season 4 DVD Review

The Good Wife: The Fourth Season is out on DVD today and if you are a fan of the show this set is something you really must own.

I personally like to get a DVD set and rewatch the episodes back to back to see what plot points were foreshadowed and tidbits I may have missed the first time I watched. If binge watching the season isn’t reason enough to pick up this 6-disc set you will be pleased with all of the special features.

The DVD set is packed with exclusives that fans are guaranteed to love. Behind the scenes footage – including what it takes to direct an episode – and interviews with Julianna Margulies, Chris Noth and Mary Beth Peil are just the beginning. One special feature delves into the conceiving and delivering of the sex scenes for The Good Wife, and how they manage to stay in line with the network’s Standards and Practices. There is even a feature made for NiceGirls – fashion. Costume Designer Daniel Lawson takes you through Alicia’s looks and how they have evolved.

With Season 5 fast approaching it is a good time for a rewatch of one of their strongest seasons yet.
