After last week’s powerful winter premiere of Scandal, the next episode, Criminals, Whores, Idiots and Liars, will continue to offer up excellence in television writing.

Changes continue to rock the White House, as we also flashback to learn more about the rigged election. Meanwhile, things get heated between Olivia and Edison after he makes a shocking accusation.

This episode airs on Thursday, Jan. 17, at 10/9c, on ABC.
