Here at Nice Girls TV, we don’t always judge fictional characters’ Halloween costumes, but when we do, we don’t tell them until we’re ready to hand out the awards. Herewith, the 2012 NGTV Halloween Costume Awards!

We should have known that Leslie would buck the "slut" trend at Halloween and go as a strong female icon like Rosie the Riveter. Kudos to "Olympian" Ann as well.
