Nina Dobrev Meets With Fans In Atlanta!

By  |

On Saturday September 15, 2012 Seventeen Magazine cover girl Nina Dobrev met with fans in Atlanta. The event was held at Barnes & Noble on Cobb Parkway and Nina signed her issue of Seventeen Magazine for fans. Nina looked gorgeous as always and took time to talk to each person in line, which was much appreciated because some fans lined up starting at 9am to meet her.

After the autograph signing, fans were in for a real treat because all in attendance got free passes to an advance screening of her new film The Perks of Being a Wallflower (based on a book of the same name by Stephen Chbosky) immediately following the event.

Excited fans headed over to a nearby theatre where Nina introduced her new film. She described the film as “Important and it shows how having good friends can get you through a tough time.” She also said she was excited to share this film with all her new friends she met at the signing and the crowd was delighted she referred to them as friends. She thanked everyone for coming and hoped everyone enjoyed the film. I think it is safe to say the audience enjoyed the film. Everyone clapped and cheered at the end.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower was an amazing film and I would highly recommend it. It was touching and I have to agree with Nina and say it is an important film. This is the type of movie that will stick with you and the performances by this talented cast (Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ezra Miller, Nina Dobrev, Paul Rudd and Mae Whitman) are brilliant. The Perks of Being a Wallflower opens in theatres in New York and Los Angeles on September 21st and in select cities on September 28th.

The October issue of Seventeen Magazine with Nina on the cover is available now where magazines are sold. She talks about her relationship with Ian, her character in the movie and her very important girls weekend with her Vampire Diaries co-stars. It’s a great interview!

Nina’s hit show The Vampire Diaries returns for Season 4 on October 11th at 8/7c on the CW.
