REVOLUTION: Promo for New NBC Series

Revolution is NBC’s newest series to premiere this fall. This is what happens when J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke (Supernatural) get together. “A family struggles to reunite in an American landscape where every single piece of technology – computers, planes, cars, phones, even lights – has mysteriously blacked out forever.” (NBC) I’m such a sucker for apocalyptic scenarios so this show appeals to me. I also see the potential for some strong female characters that will be interesting to watch.

The cast includes Billy Burke (The Twilight Saga, The Closer), Elizabeth Mitchell (V, Lost) and Giancarlo Esposito (Once Upon a Time) – very familiar faces in television lately. The pilot is directed by Jon Favreau (Iron Man).

Revolution premieres Monday, September 17th at 10/9c, on NBC.
